Company was good for a while. I had a card change and no notice or anything till 100+ owed to them and I was wanting time to pay. I got a message it was owed. After a few weeks they came to my house to a bottle I had out before was notified of bill. Then got a nasty note saying to return equipment or I would be charged 800$ I had 8 bottles and machine before company this note is unjustified and driver should know his info on threats like this. I am done with them and will refill on my own too bad only company in tow they now are saving me 30 dollars a month. I got to admit they keep you in water but a note like this is unacceptable when I own what I had I will for get about the 6.50 bottle the driver took just too far done. read more

Unprofessional, dishonest that is water king in two words. In December 2020 I called and said I do not need any water to be delivered for that month. On December 29, 2020 the payment order was canceled. Around by the end of January 2021 I received a call from Lisa saying I had not paid a bill since November 2020. The end of January I've been called Lisa I paid for the four bottles of water I received in the month of January told her about the water that I did not receive in the month of December 2020. A week later they still charged me for the water I did not receive in December 2020. Are usually buy eight bottles of the 5 gallon water for 47.50 delivery is every two weeks for waters every two weeks. Then get a call from Angel he's trying to verify what that it's right what they are charging me and it is not he then reverses the 47.50 back to my card. February 8, 2021 water king comes to pick up the empty bottles each bottle is 6.50 I give them between eight and nine empty bottles that is about $60-$65 that I should've received back in a check. What are King sent me back a check for $3.74 because they wanted to get back the money that they lost for December 2020 of 47.50. Angel and Lisa try to say I had numerous deliveries the only deliveries I had were the two that came every month I still have the calendar for 2020. So my suggestion is do not use Water King at all!!!! I did fill out a BBB complaint because I have all the proof of the truth including records do not use Water King!!!' read more
