If I Could Give 10 Stars, I Would!…read more I didn't write this review after just one visit. I'm posting it after approximately my 10th visit because I wanted to make sure the great customer service wasn't just a one-time experience. I wanted to see if I received the same friendly, welcoming service every time -- and I did. And honestly, I'm glad I waited, because now I can say this with confidence: This place deserves MORE than 5 stars! I originally stopped by just for ice cream. Somehow, I walked out with a brand-new water jug filled with Ionized Alkaline water! Why? Because I tasted their water. And after tasting it, I basically told myself: "Well... I'm not leaving here without some of THAT!" Their water bottle prices are great, and with your first refill, you can choose the type of water you prefer -- RO Purified, Mineralized, or Ionized Alkaline. I personally really like their Ionized Alkaline water. It tastes crisp, clean, and refreshing, and I personally feel more rehydrated after drinking it. Apparently, I went in for ice cream and accidentally discovered a new favorite water! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE One experience really stood out to me. I needed a new cap/lid for my water jug, but of course, I had left my jug at home. ‍ They could have easily sold me a cap and said, "Hopefully it fits!" Instead, they told me to bring my bottle next time so they could make sure I got the correct cap for my specific bottle. I actually appreciate that a lot. They didn't want to sell me something that might not work just to make a sale. They wanted to make sure I got the RIGHT product. That's the kind of customer service I respect. AND THEN THERE'S THE ICE CREAM! They have plenty of Thrifty Ice Cream choices, and you can actually sample the flavors before ordering. That is both wonderful and dangerous. I tried a sample and ended up with the Indian Ice Gola. WOW! That was amazing! I went in thinking, "I'll just have some ice cream," and somehow ended up buying a new water jug because their Ionized Alkaline water impressed me so much. That's what I call a successful accidental shopping trip. Now, I also read some of the other reviews and wanted to share my perspective. One person complained that their BPA-free bottle broke after three months. My question is: Which major corporation is going to give you a refund or exchange after THREE MONTHS because your bottle broke? If someone knows one, PLEASE tell me the company name. I will happily become their customer! Another review complained that the business needs to be more technologically advanced because the customer forgot their account number. But wait... You forgot YOUR account number, and they used THEIR computer to FIND your account! What more are we expecting from a small local business? Are we expecting them to call NASA? For me, technology isn't the most important thing. Good customer service, honesty, cleanliness, quality, fair prices, and treating customers right are much more important. And this place checks all those boxes. The store is very clean, organized, welcoming, and well maintained. The operator is friendly and gives you a warm welcome, the water choices are excellent, the prices are reasonable, and the ice cream selection is fantastic. Most importantly, after around 10 visits, I can honestly say the customer service has been consistently good. That's why I'm comfortable giving this review. Great water. Great ice cream. Great prices. Great customer service. Clean and organized. And a local small business worth supporting. What else do you want? Maybe free Wi-Fi and a massage? Highly recommended! 5 stars because that's all allows. If there were 10 stars, I'd give them 10!

Needing to refill your water jugs this pace is the right one for you…read more Clear clean refreshing water at a resizable price. Thrifty ice-cream is also sold here a bit pricy but with multiple flavors to choose from perfect for these hot Arizona summers Will return to try the Indian gola

I purchased a 5 gallon water jug here a couple years back and used to stop in to get my water here…read morefrom time to time. I always remembered being helped by a kind, older gentleman. I wanted to try and support their local business instead of filling up at a grocery store or express station. Before stopping in this visit, I should have taken it as a sign that it wouldn't be as pleasant if an experience seeing that no one else was there getting water. I pull my car in and turn off the engine as instructed. It takes an only a few minutes for an older woman to come out to greet me. Since it had been a while since I'd been there, I simply asked how much it was per gallon. The woman helping me informs me it's $1.30/ gallon. I was alarmed by the high prices and she informs me that it's only a little more than what Walmart charges. I planned to thank her for the information and respectfully decline but before I can do so, she starts to belittle me and speaks to me as if I'm a child while explaining the water filtration process (which I declined to hear but she insisted on telling me in a condescending tone anyway). She continued to scoff at me and gave me the most judgemental looks throughout our interaction. I felt so uncomfortable and wanted to leave immediately. The convenience or "water quality" that Water Street Station has to offer is not worth putting up with the rude, condescending woman working there. I'd much rather take my money and go to a place where I can fill my 5 gallons of water myself, in silence.

Friendly service. Good water. My only wish is that they were open later into the evening.read more
