I really love this place for the most part. I echo what other reviewers have said about the pushy older lady.... she needs to be talked to but I don't think she does it intentionally. Younger lady is very nice, I enjoy her. Older gentleman with the jokes is a pleasure to see too. I would appreciate it if the workers better gauged if you wanted help or not, most of the workers do but the older lady always insists.... she's been better lately but it was a trend for a while. I used to purchase water at this place. There was a lovely man that told light-hearted jokes and used puns in his conversation. He would always put a smile on our faces. he was kind as well. A while back, someone else waited on us. She was pushy and not responsive to customer needs. Made us feel like we were doing things "wrong". Today, we were subjected to her political opinions and once again, her oblivious, self-servingg manner. I find this inappropriate and will not be returning to this store. read more

Why is it not clear if you can pump your own water at the station on 1st avenue? Sometimes they muscle in on your empty bottles, even opening up your car door and reaching inside without asking you, and they take off the cap for your and put their bare fingers around the opening of your bottles! What is the policy and why can't I simply do my own pumping? read more

Been going here to get our water for years. Lately I have been just using our Brita. The problem I have with this business is nothing has ever been updated. They won't even spend the money for a computer for transactions. This all makes me suspect anymore as to the quality of the water. read more

This is a Service Station for refilling on water. One gallon of filtered water cost 75c yesterday. A friendly attendant comes out to your vehicle and fills your containers. Depending on how many containers you have, and the size, there is a convenience factor there. If you want to recycle your containers or have large glass containers and the convenience appeals to you, if you don't like the outdoor unattended water machines, this is a good choice for you. I was there because my brand-new Brita filter seems defective and my fave outdoor machine was sold out. (WTH?) I didn't go inside this time, but in the past they've had a good selection of containers of all sorts and sizes. As for the taste of the water: A-OK. I haven't done a ice cube test yet. It's about like any store-brand drinking water. It's not Evian, but it's much better than Tucson water right out of the tap. read more

Since my son gave me a water cooler for Christmas many years with bottles of Water Street Station water, I have loved drinking water. This water is really good tasting and I like the punch card. Water. I paid just over $20 for a 5 gallon reusable jug- with hand for easy carrying, and a spigot. $3.75 to fill. I drink a lot of water, so this has been a good deal for me. (No, the tap water at home is not very tasty) You can fill yourself, or the staff will come and fill and put jugs into your car. Even the DIY method, the very likable staff will come out and chat with you. Not annoying chat like the weather, or sports. Jusy nice, comfortable banter. read more

A really great idea. The one on first street makes espresso drinks that can be yummy if you get the one employee that actually takes the time to steam the milk and make a wonderful foam for your latte. Sometimes people come and honk their horns at the employees to come out and fill their waters at the same time that person is making espressos for the people inside, It can be a little busy at times because that one person can get very overworked making coffee and schlepping water all day. The other locations are minus the coffee so its all about water! If you are not a patient person you may want to avoid the coffee location, unless that great barrista is there. A woman named Kate takes time to steam the milk and make wonderful foam for your latte, the others just pour it in with no light foam. read more
