If I Could Give 10 Stars, I Would! I didn't write this review after just one visit. I'm posting it after approximately my 10th visit because I wanted to make sure the great customer service wasn't just a one-time experience. I wanted to see if I received the same friendly, welcoming service every time -- and I did. And honestly, I'm glad I waited, because now I can say this with confidence: This place deserves MORE than 5 stars! I originally stopped by just for ice cream. Somehow, I walked out with a brand-new water jug filled with Ionized Alkaline water! Why? Because I tasted their water. And after tasting it, I basically told myself: "Well... I'm not leaving here without some of THAT!" Their water bottle prices are great, and with your first refill, you can choose the type of water you prefer -- RO Purified, Mineralized, or Ionized Alkaline. I personally really like their Ionized Alkaline water. It tastes crisp, clean, and refreshing, and I personally feel more rehydrated after drinking it. Apparently, I went in for ice cream and accidentally discovered a new favorite water! THE CUSTOMER SERVICE One experience really stood out to me. I needed a new cap/lid for my water jug, but of course, I had left my jug at home. ‍ They could have easily sold me a cap and said, "Hopefully it fits!" Instead, they told me to bring my bottle next time so they could make sure I got the correct cap for my specific bottle. I actually appreciate that a lot. They didn't want to sell me something that might not work just to make a sale. They wanted to make sure I got the RIGHT product. That's the kind of customer service I respect. AND THEN THERE'S THE ICE CREAM! They have plenty of Thrifty Ice Cream choices, and you can actually sample the flavors before ordering. That is both wonderful and dangerous. I tried a sample and ended up with the Indian Ice Gola. WOW! That was amazing! I went in thinking, "I'll just have some ice cream," and somehow ended up buying a new water jug because their Ionized Alkaline water impressed me so much. That's what I call a successful accidental shopping trip. Now, I also read some of the other reviews and wanted to share my perspective. One person complained that their BPA-free bottle broke after three months. My question is: Which major corporation is going to give you a refund or exchange after THREE MONTHS because your bottle broke? If someone knows one, PLEASE tell me the company name. I will happily become their customer! Another review complained that the business needs to be more technologically advanced because the customer forgot their account number. But wait... You forgot YOUR account number, and they used THEIR computer to FIND your account! What more are we expecting from a small local business? Are we expecting them to call NASA? For me, technology isn't the most important thing. Good customer service, honesty, cleanliness, quality, fair prices, and treating customers right are much more important. And this place checks all those boxes. The store is very clean, organized, welcoming, and well maintained. The operator is friendly and gives you a warm welcome, the water choices are excellent, the prices are reasonable, and the ice cream selection is fantastic. Most importantly, after around 10 visits, I can honestly say the customer service has been consistently good. That's why I'm comfortable giving this review. Great water. Great ice cream. Great prices. Great customer service. Clean and organized. And a local small business worth supporting. What else do you want? Maybe free Wi-Fi and a massage? Was drawn in because they sell Thrifty's Ice Cream. Disappointed. I ordered pistachio and got a cup. "Oh, I wanted a cone." "That will cost more." Really? Then to make insult to injury, I got only one pistachio in my scoop. On the plus side, they have many flavors of Thrifty's in the freezer case. Also many prepacked for sale. Not sure if I'll return. 5* = A top favorite. Mind-blowing good. I will definitely return and I will go out of my way to go here. Worth every dime of my money. 4* = Outstanding. Top-tier. Some elements not quite as good as it gets, but it still is worthy of my regular business. 3* = Good experience. I might do repeat business if it is convenient, the only option, the only one in its category, or on a whim, but would not be among the first thing to come to mind. They sell thriftys ice cream! They're overall friendly people. If you ask the difference in the water options, they'll tell you and allow you to sample them. Buying a 5gal water container will cost almost 30$ so you may want to search around when replacing your multi-gallon water bottles We pay for the water membership, but warning...if u forget your member number, they'll wont be so happy because they can only look up accounts based on number...if you tell them your name they can't look you up. They need a computer... Overall, they have great ice cream and good water, but they lack technology and aren't the cheapest option read more

This is now my favorite water and ice cream store. I have been meaning to write a review for a while I came here a 2 months ago because I got a flyer in the mail for free scoop of ice cream. I had no idea it was also a water store, originally. Its fairly new but definetly could miss it if you aren't looking for it. It is nestled right between the pizza place and wings factory in the Safeway Plaza. I love that they sell Thrifyy ice cream (even by the gallon) you really can't go wrong with that! I used to get Sparklettes delivered to my house about 20 gallons for $29/bucks a month. Since finding out about this store I now pay .25/gallon for the same type of water. He does offer mineralized water at a little bit higher price but I like the purified water. The owner and his family are very nice people and their store is always clean. It is close to my house and there is always plenty of parking. read more

Lots of cold treat options here, ice cream, milkshakes, smoothies, and what I came for- snow cones. I tried the "Rock N Roll" which was mostly blue raspberry with a hint or something else (maybe coconut?). It was perfect, light and sweet for summer. I'm guessing the man serving was the owner. BEST HEALTHY SMOOTHIE ON THE EAST SIDE. I had a craving for frozen yogurt or like a protein based shake and i found this little hidden gym by my house. I got a banana, chocolate, avocado, and protein smoothie that was amazing. Also i had no idea about their water selection & got to sample some delicious and refreshing alkaline waters. Been coming here for a few months to get alkaline water. I can tell a difference from drinking reverse osmosis water compared to drinking alkaline water. When I consumed only alkaline water for two weeks, I didn't have issues with allergies. Once I started back on non alkaline water, the allergies were prevalent. My allergies are the worst in the Tucson area. If you have allergies, try alkaline water. It really works. read more

I gave these guys $11 for a 1 gallon plastic water jug that lasted about three months. The guy would not refund my money for it, stating that the BPA free plastic was not intended to be stored in the garage with water in it. According to him, it has to be stored in an air-conditioned house. Of course the temperature of water never gets above 212°F, and the water never did boil in there, so I'm not sure where he is getting this. They just sell really expensive product and don't stand behind it. read more
