He told me which isle to find it in, I told him I already looked and they did not have what I needed. So he made a snarky comment about me having a 20 year old boat and needed to upgrade my lights - he had no idea what kind of boat I have. The point was, he was out of stock on anything that would do the job. And couldn't be bothered to even understand the question. I don't need a condescending attitude when I go to a store.

The parts guy, Wilson, is nice, however they were unwilling to locate a part for the boat because it is older. Basically, I was told I am on my own to try to get a part for the boat. I asked him what would happen if the boat was in there for service. Would they just keep it there for weeks, find the problem, then send you home without it being fixed because they were too lazy to get the part? As it turns out, this is a common part and still available. I was able to just research it online and find it, but it seems like as a dealer, they should just not throw you under the bus. I would not recommend this dealer to any MasterCraft owner. I have called MasterCraft in Vonore, TN to discuss this situation with them.

One of the guy kinda acknowledge us but proceeded to eating their sandwich and watching Tv. The other guy didn't say anything at all. The guy who kinda acknowledge us said to help ourselves to look around. We were both shocked . So we did look around. Finally, the guy (I think he's the manager) stood up and talk to us, and my husband says "I have no clue what kinda of fishing boat I should get" and he said "Just go on YouTube and what you like" lol . My husband was trying to ask for help but still insist to go to YouTube and go to the boat site to figure out what he likes for different options and they can order it for him. We are looking for some direction and customer service and what we have experienced at this place was we felt like we are a bother to them and not wanting to sell a boat. We are both so confused when we left. So, we drove to West Coast Boat center in Rocklin. We were welcomed and they took the time to show the features online to us and right there and then we bought the boat. We felt both welcome and willing to help us at least have a good conversation and effort to find what we are actually looking for even if it is online.

I knew my SUV needed a new battery for a few weeks now, but have been putting it off. Today, while at the park with my wife and toddler, 30 mins from home our battery decided to finally die completely. The first thing I did was uber to O'Reilly to get a jump start pack and immediately Noe was super helpful and recommended I borrow their jump pack (and leave my ID) in order to save some money until I could get the car there just so I can get a new battery. Unfortunately, the pack was not able to get the battery going so I called back and Noe offered to literally come out to me after his shift and help me install a new battery! So I placed in a new battery order online, he arrived promptly right after work still in uniform with all the things necessary (tools, the new battery I ordered, the receipt so I can get my core deposit, and even my ID!). He even did the labor himself pitch black at night, it took him only a few minutes and our car was up and running again! This review is the least I could do to thank Noe. At the end of the day all auto parts stores sell the same thing, it's this type of service that differentiates which one you should always choose.

However, I picked the ones I wanted and after paying, the kind employee said he could help me out them on. I could have, but since he offered to help, I took him up on his offer.
