Blower cable loose and causing short. They did not investigate. Didn't fix it Charged me anyway. I found loose wire myself.

My experience here was not good at all. Brought the boat in because the tachometer wasn't working properly and the blower kept tripping the breaker. I told them I believed it was a loose connection because the blower was fluctuating in power and the light was dim or off or on at times. It would also trip the breaker. They told me there was nothing wrong with the blower it ran for 2 hours and didn't trip. I told them to look at the light and see that it's fluctuating in brightness and you can hear the blower fluctuating in power. They told me it was working fine even though the light wasn't coming on all the way or would flicker. The tachometer they told me needed to be sent in for repair or replaced. Then they gave me estimates that shocked me almost $5,000 to replace bellows and hoses that I did not have a concern with. Also recommended I get a complete break overhaul for my trailer which was $2,000 to $4,000. They charged me 2 hours of labor. Fixed nothing. Ended up paying about $330 just to get out of there and fix it myself. And I'm not a mechanic! I would not recommend this place at all.

They always have parts in stock and have very knowledgeable staff to help. Been going to them for almost 30 years.

Spotless engine and bilge, and also took the time to inspect (and adjust) my trailer.

Can't say enough about this place. Great family business. We've been looking at getting an RV…read morerecently but were unsure. I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Lemke has been extremely disappointing…read more My fifth wheel was sold on June 27, and according to our agreement, payment was due within 20 days after the sale. I am now approaching 40 days since the sale. My trailer has already been sold to a third party, yet I have still not received payment or a clear accounting of the transaction. Despite providing the payoff quote on July 22, my credit union has confirmed they still have not received the payoff. Because of this delay, interest on my loan began accruing again on August 1, costing me additional money every single day. To make matters worse, I still have not been told what my final proceeds will be or what deductions were taken, including the cost of the replacement tires. I've repeatedly had to follow up for basic information that should have been provided proactively. I was also told that a manager would be contacting me, but that never happened. Outside of the initial sales team, virtually all of my communication has been through text messages. For a transaction of this size, I expected much better communication, transparency, and customer service. I have the names of the individuals involved, but I'm choosing not to publicly identify anyone. Instead, I'm simply sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. I have retained hard evidence documenting the entire timeline, including the signed agreement, emails, text messages, payoff documentation, and communications with my credit union. Looking back, I genuinely wish I had sold my fifth wheel to Camping World instead. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this company until they improve their communication, accountability, transparency, and timeliness.

My last several experiences with RV Travel World have been extremely disappointing…read more I've been bringing my trailer in for service under their Forever Warranty ever since I purchased it years ago. However, as the trailer has gotten older, it seems like they are constantly looking for reasons not to cover repairs, even when the warranty documentation appears to indicate the issue should be covered. The entire program has become frustrating and feels misleading. I've also had issues with pricing. On one occasion, I called ahead and was quoted a price for work. When I arrived at the store, the price was significantly higher. I had to argue with staff and remind them of the amount I was quoted over the phone before they would honor it. Communication has been another major problem. Multiple times I was told my trailer was ready for pickup, only to drive all the way there and discover it wasn't actually ready. That's a huge inconvenience and shows a lack of respect for customers' time. After dealing with these issues repeatedly, I can no longer recommend RV Travel World. The Forever Warranty program has not lived up to its promises in my experience, and the poor communication and inconsistent service have made doing business there far more difficult than it should be.

I saw it on Amazon, but I try to buy local instead of through Amazon when I can, and on the product website it said that it was also sold at Napa stores, so I called this store, the Napa Auto Parts store on Palm Avenue in Auburn. It was a Sunday, which may have factored in to what happened. The gentleman on the phone said that he didn't have it and that no other nearby store did either, so I either asked him if he could order it (or he offered, I forget which), and said that it "should" be in the next day (Monday) and that he would call me when it arrived. I offered to pay with a credit card but he said they don't take credit cards over the phone and that I could pay when I picked it up. It's $100 a bottle, which may also have factored into what happened. They didn't call on Monday, so today (Tuesday) I went in to see if it had showed up. I asked the fellow behind the counter (who wasn't the person who took the phone order) if it had come in, and he said that it wasn't available but that he could order it. It took several back and forth exchanges to establish that it was never ordered, but that he could order it. It went something like this: Me: "I had someone here special-order an item two days ago, I'd like to see if it's here. It's a bottle of Steel Seal, it's used for...(explanation)" Him: "We don't have any in stock, and none of the stores around here do either, but I can order it and have it here today." Me: "I already ordered it, it was supposed to get here yesterday, can you see if it's here? Like in the back or something?" Him: "We don't stock that item, but I can order it" Me: "I already ordered it, it was supposed to be here yesterday" Him: "I just checked stock, we don't have it, do you want me to order it?" He seemed a little annoyed and didn't seem to care that this had happened and didn't offer an apology or an explanation, although he didn't really owe me any of that. But if I was working there I would have said "listen, I'm really sorry, there was a mix up and the item wasn't ordered, but we can order it today and have it (whenever) if that works." But to be fair, who am I to judge? If I knew anything about working in an auto parts store, I'd be behind the counter myself! So next time I need something I'll probably just order it on Amazon.
