Updating my review because I finally was able to experience their in store services! They have a loyalty program card where it's 30c a gallon rather than 35c using their outside machines. 35c is still a good deal imo if you don't use their loyalty program. Their 24hr refill stations outside always come in clutch too. I appreciate those when I'm not able to make it during their business hours. It's very worth it in my opinion especially if you will be refilling water a lot. All the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They bring the waters to your car once done. I've never had that service anywhere else. Another plus is that their water tastes amazing! read more

Has anyone bought their 5 gallon bottles with the blue caps. They can't be tilted with that cap they leak. The worker told me they are 55mm and that's not quite accurate I've bought caps on Amazon and they don't fit. I bought the 53 they don't. Fit either. What kind of bottles do they have and the store doesn't sell caps for their bottles. That's my only problem with this store.. I'm stuck with bottles that I can't find caps for. The gentlemen that works there said they were aware of the issue.. told us to use Saran Wrap... seriously... ummm I'd be a happy customer if I didn't waste my money on 4 useless bottles with no caps! read more

Brita filtered water just doesn't cut it for me, so I thought to get my water from a store. Amazing and quick service. It was our first time visiting but they did a great job assisting us with purchasing the jugs. We also bought a prepaid card that would save about $0.05 each gallon. Not that much, but might be worth considering if you're planning to stay in the area long-term and know you'll be coming back to this location for refills. They have roller carts near the entrance of the store where you leave your empty jugs for them to fill as you wait outside. They also wheel your jugs to your car and help you load them. read more

Water Spring for the win forever. I think they had a batch of somewhat rude staff a few months ago which was a bummer but it's definitely improved! I've been getting my water here for like 5-6 years, coming from DTSJ, then living down the street from this spot, to now living in SF. Yes, I make that drive down for this water. The service here is incredible. Our normal water place that we go to is typically the De Anza Pure Water in Cupertino, but that shop is perennially crammed for such a tiny space and especially since the new owners have taken over, has just become a very cold and boring place to visit. Now, it's just buying water so my expectations haven't been high for a while. You expect to go there and self-serve yourself, drop some quarters for payment, and move on with someone behind the counter watching emotionlessly you struggle with 5-gallon containers to and from your car. This was my first time here and I was stunned at how much service was provided out of the box with no premium to the actual price of the water. The people there were SO friendly and proactive that I felt almost lazy just standing there not helping them as they loaded the gallons into my car. Typically buying water is a tiring and physically demanding few minutes of work - but here they kept things fast, efficient, and went above and beyond. There was a lady in front of me who didn't have any bottles and the employee there who handled her was SO patient and thorough - explaining every aspect of their bottles and what BPA meant. Most places, I would expect a grunt and a "well how many gallons do you want". Here, the employee took care of her and made sure she got the best thing for her budget and family. This is by far the best place to get quality water in Santa Clara county! After seeing how much money we were spending on buying plastic water bottles, we decided to give a try to filtered water. The great reviews made us go to Water Springs, and I'm glad we did! The owner took the time to explain how the water gets filtered and the membership they had, which is awesome for someone new to the water filtered scene. We decided to do the membership for two 5 gallon water jugs after we bought a Viva self clean water cooler. The price was reasonable and the quality of the water was outstanding! Their customer service is great! The fact that every employee is a college student provides a nice vibe to the business. Been a customer over 10 years. This is the 2nd time the owner had overly-reacted very negatively to me in roughly 70 visits. Like a better than don't need you anyways attitude after 10+ years of being a customer. Last night I apologised like 5 times after I was told to put my bottles on the cart by an employee, but the cart was too small for all my containers so I reached in the store 4-5 feet to grab the larger cart and got yelled at from across the parking lot by the owner to get out which is understandable and I apologised when the owner walked up. However that wasn't good enough for him and he continued chastising me. In short I apologised at least 5 times, but he couldn't stop going on that I shouldn't have been in the store and (this is when my position changed) went as far as talking to me like a child pointing to a sign on the open door, throwing his head like a fashion model and walking away. I don't read every sign everywhere I go, yet I apologised again and again and again and again after each of his complaints then decided to get my 5-5gal bottles and leave because I felt insulted again by him. He couldn't have been fast enough to give me my 5 empty 5 gal water bottles back to me with an attitude, Justifying his continued negative behavior on my bad action to get a bigger cart with no consideration for how long I've been a customer, not to mention I'm only human, and apologised multiple times! He just kept going on and on. Sad.. I understand and appreciate the owner is a hard worker, and these are rough times, however everyone has a story, issues, nor perfect. However he could have politely asked me for next time just don't step in the store and showed me the sign nicely rather treat me like a child.. Being his store he can treat people how he wants and generally he is good, but when he's not look out.. Great service tho, but It's true.. He doesn't need me and I don't need him. Sawyer delivers on quality filtered water and customer service. Delivers as in, meets and exceeds expectations. Water Spring does not deliver water. You bring your empty water bottles/jugs and fill them. But they will come to your car if they aren't crazy busy (though they often are busy), pick up your water jugs, fill them, then take them to your car and secure them for you. Top notch customer service! They also have two dedicated parking spaces out front. Sawyer has been the owner of Water Spring for more than a decade and I will miss coming here. But I live a few hours away and had to find a suitable water store fill-in. If you can't stand drinking tap water and Brita can't keep up, and you don't want to spring for a filter on your fridge or faucet, come here. You will be happy. You will save lots of money from buying jugs of water at the grocery store at 0.99 a pop. Here, buy a frequenter card to get like 50 gallons for I believe $12. Generous hours too, I think he closes every day at 8:00pm and is open all but 4-5 days a year, or maybe he closes only Christmas. Either way, this place is AWESOME. I've turned on more than a handful of people to Spring Water. Go... you won't be disappointed! read more

Went here to get water while in line and witnessed the worker yelling at a customer for no reason because the worker had a bad day mixing up peoples water bottles. I heard him cussing to him self low to a whisper as he walked by me because the customer parked a ways a way. They were very busy and had a line of customers. Not much parking that day near the store. Then he started yelling at a customer for putting bottles on the cart when another worker asked him to put his bottles on the cart. The worker was filling 3 or 4 customers bottles at the same time. He gave away one of the bottles away to one of the customers and shorted a customer a bottle of water and blamed it on the customer for mixing it up when the customer never went into the store. The worker give him a new bottle in the end not before yelling at him that it was his fault. I noticed the works get their attitude from the owner. When the owner gets stressed out he lets everyone know it. That passes onto the other workers and they think is okay to tell off customers. He does not set a good example for employees. I didn't want to drive 30 minutes just to get water from this place, but since my husband highly recommends this place like no other, I ended up going. I'm impressed with their service. As soon as I parked my car, a staff approached me and assisted me right away. The staff rinsed the 5 gallon water bottle that I brought, filled it up, and brought it to my car after I paid. They have bpa free water bottles, and glass bottles. There's also a variety of other things that you can purchase here. Yes! I will be back! read more

I drove to the store on late afternoon Sunday. Noticed they were a little busy and line formed outside the store. Walked in to browse for a 5 gal water vessel, and was told by the young worker we have a line, I said I wanted to look at the merch in the store, he then asked me if I had a mask and that I had to wait outside? That was uncalled for and there no mask mandates, and a few customers weren't wearing masks. I politely said no I don't have a mask and walked out and went to another water store. read more

The number one reason we come here for the water is the quality. You can taste the difference, and when it comes to my family and kids this is so important to us. I don't trust our city tap water and we notice our family drinks more water when we fill up at Water Spring. You would think the best water cost a lot, but it doesn't. My wife likes coming here because she can stay in the car with the kids, and they take your empty bottles out of your car, and bring back full bottles. I usually love coming here and look forward to it, as it is a full service. Or so I thought! I understand that it was busy when I came but this was the first occasion where I had to bring my bottles down. I love coming here because I usually have my two babies with me and it saves me the hassle to bring both of them down along with the bottles. But the two younger gentlemen were a little rude with the rush that came in. I was shouted out from the store (I was sitting in my car) that I need to bring my bottles down. I thought that was a bit rude. I left my car door open and rushed to bring it out while having to keep an eye on my kids. This is my favorite place to get water. Staff are awesome.. helps you out with carrying your bottles. Very smart since the staff are the once refilling bottles which is a very smart move to keep their water stations clean. The only suggestion I have is their home delivery.. I do hope they will expand their business for deliveries... that will be something... great work guys. They also keep your records. They have this ticket that you buy for like 50 gallons I think.. then I relocated for abt a year or two.. then came back to the area.. surprisingly, my ticket is still there.... no wasted money read more

I have 5 water refill stores closer to where I live but I will drive 10 mins more to come to this location. They have the highest Covid-19 protocols in place. The employees wear gloves and masks. They rinse and refill the jugs for you. They do not allow any customers in the store. Instead you will bring your bottles to the front of the store and they will take care of the filling for you. Once refilled, they will take it to your car and help load it for you. These guys are super fast too. Love the customer service and efficiency. They really have a good system here. read more

Excellent service. I had just gotten my trunk open when someone was there with a cart to help me unload my water jugs. The person was back with all five of my water bottles within minutes. I'm genuinely amazed at how fast the service was. I waited at the car, and got help loading everything back into the trunk. Never thought I'd rave about getting water! First, I was confused as the employee just asked me to set my bottles down. Didn't think they were going to fill it for me. I had some green algae build up in one of my bottles but I didn't have the time to wait for a clean up. So I purchased a new one (I had intended to anyways). After all the bottles were filled, I paid and left a tip because they worked fast. I was ready to push the cart to my car and another employee came in and just asked for my car. I told him where it is and they loaded it in. He even gave me tips on cleaning the bottle at home. He loaded it in my rear passenger seats, closed the door, and left. I was going to move them to the floor for more stability. Couldn't believe that they SEAT BUCKLED MY WATER BOTTLES. Overall, awesome service! Time after time, this place continues to have outstanding service. When possible, they'll meet you at your car, take your bottles, fill them up, and bring them back to your car. If you have an account running with them, you can just tell them your name and not even get out of the car! Yesterday I was in and one of my water bottles needed sterilized ($1 for this service). I thought my son had just dumped juice in it but, luckily, they recognized the signs and gave me printed instructions for cleaning my tank back at home, too. I cleaned it as instructed... it really needed it. Customer service and delicious water wins out... This place has the BEST WATER ever. Their customer service is out of this world. They come to your car, grab your bottles, rinse them, refill them, and bring them back. There is a loading zone in the front where you just park and they bring the water back. . Now that's just the service, the water is sooooo clean and pure. Just go there and try for yourself.
