I have been coming here for four years. I believe they have changed ownership because I HAVE NEVER received the WORST customer service EVER. A tall, bald, light skinned male was not friendly at all! He yelled from outside of the business to my husband and I to move our bottles to the one side. We thought he was a customer for we had never seen him before, we proceeded to fill out four bottles of water and ignored him. He then demanded that we move our bottles to the other side because someone else was coming. We thought that they were all the same so we moved to the right side. In a booming voice he commanded that we move to the other side, "that's alkaline water!" My husband was very upset at the lack of courteous, friendly, and serviceable tone and person he was. (I am very appalled at his behavior, especially because there was an elementary aged child working as the cashier) --talk about illegal child labor. I proceeded to go the child to pay for my bottles with my bag of quarters. (Note: I have always paid with quarters or cash) the child was unsure of the amount of gallons and asked the tall, bald, light skinned male for reassurance. He guided her and said total was "$9.60" As soon as I started taking out my quarters, he loudly demanded I pay with my card because that's too much change and it's a hassle to count every day all the change. I told him, I have always paid with cash and there has never been a problem before. he refused to take my cash, but I continued to count stacks of quarters on the counter. He rebuttled and let me tell you, I got upset. I responded in the same manner he was addressing me (not very nicely)--and I told him, look money is money. He said, oh yeah money is money to some people, but.." I cut him off, "you want my business or not? I can take my business elsewhere." with a smart a** answer he said, "that's your choice." I was appalled! I said, "Fine. I'll write a review. And I'm never coming back again!" He shut up real quick. Accepted my money. gave me my change. My husband and I walked out of there upset. thankfully I have found a new water place right after leaving. So in CONCLUSION: GET RID OF THIS NEW BUSINESS OWNER OR MANAGER OR WHATEVER HE IS. Scam shop. Stay away. They will make you buy the membership, and after you buy it, the rude guy will behave as if you owe him your life. He will call you out if you rinse your water bottle for more than 2 seconds before filling. Stand time is 1 second i Only. He started by calling me out as "You people" don't know how to...... suddenly the topic changed to how I, as an accustomed, has something against black owned business lol. If I can give a zero, I would. Bought a water dispenser from the store, then found a leak a couple days later. When I asked the owner to fix or replace it, he asked to charge $3.5 for fixing, claiming it is the manufacturer put the mouth piece in the wrong order and I supposed to fix it myself. One of the employees is insanely rude. This guy yelled at one lady for dropping a small amount of water on the floor on her way into the store. That was the first sign of trouble. Today the same dude yells at me for not rinsing the water bottle & spigot in his preferred convoluted physics defying method. Dude told me to rise the spigot on the bottle by catching the water I use to rise the jug while it's UPSIDE DOWN. Someone needs to go back to school. I maybe used 30mL total to rise two 5 gallon jugs and the dude said if I did that again he'd charge me 60 cents. Keep in mind they just raised their prices to 50 cents per gallon. The unhinged employee tries to justify this insanity by saying some people fill the jugs part way & dump it out. Keep in mind you are encouraged to rise your bottles before filling. Hope the petty attempts at saving a few cents was worth it because I'll be going elsewhere from now on. Read between the lines & sit on it. read more

Absolutely DISGUSTED with the "customer service" my husband received not even 30 minutes ago. We stopped in to fill up 2 five gallon containers, so roughly $6 of water. When my husband pulled out a bag of quarters the tall bald man immediately became rude and refused to accept the coin payment. When questioned why he wouldn't take our money he responded with "why is it YOU PEOPLE always saying money is money?" (Edit to add: my husband is AAPI) My husband also asked if we should take our business elsewhere and the guy said yes and also told him that "banks don't even take coins" and that if my husband really wanted to pay with coins he needed to roll up $10 and then be given $4 change. The worst part? I'm sitting in the car with the windows up and I can hear the employee yelling and arguing at my husband. This isn't the first time that this specific employee has made us feel uncomfortable or annoyed, but this is absolutely the last straw and completely unacceptable. This is a great place to fill up on water. My family has been coming to this place since it opened over 10 years ago. They take your containers when you walk in, rinse them, fill them up with water, and roll them out to your car. They even put the filled containers in the car for you. Now that is great customer service. The water is filtered by reverse osmosis. $20 will get you 100 gallons of water. They use a card to keep track of your gallons. You keep the card and swipe it each time you refill. They also sell water containers and water stands. There are a variety of sizes and shapes to choose from. I tried this place for the first time, and am really glad I did. They offer reasonably priced purified water that tastes good, and the service person at the store kindly helped me fill the bottles and carry them to my car on a cart. This is now my go-to water supplier. Someone mentioned that the parking could be difficult if you go there during the meal time due to the fact that it's next to a couple of popular restaurants. My colleagues comes here often to get our water filled (so like 10+ containers), and the guys there are SUPER helpful with filling it up and taking it to our car. I have been getting water here for 20+ years he just seems like a lazy guy I see a lot of those when I go in there. They had overcharged my card.($60 instead of 60 gallons). I noticed it only after couple months and when I called them and asked for two new 5 gallon bottles to compensate the overcharged price they were hesitant at first. But the next day I got a call from the manager of the store(Mark) saying he was sorry and willing to give new two new 5 gallon bottles. Very good customer service :) read more

Great customer service. Always kind. Great price. Can't get any better then this. They even offer to help you with your water to your vehicle. The only downside, wish the parking lot was bigger.
