The person I spoke with apologized and also stated that the driver couldn't make it and that my delivery would be rescheduled, and the driver has a personal life too! I don't care!! This is a business that is suppose to provide a service! Maybe a supervisor should have taken over the delivery if an employee calls in! That excuse was not okay with me as this was scheduled in advance and I did not get so much as a call or anything stating there was an issue with my delivery, so I cancelled the service. It is too bad I couldn't leave a zero star review. I should charge them for my time having to deal with this mess and should not have had to track down my order.
