Made sure I arrived in BC before Water Store closes at there posted 3pm. Closed, no note to explain. Water card is bought to save some money. It does absolutely no good in the outside dispensers. Just like "old BC business" we open and close when we feel like it. If you don't want to support the locals by keeping to your already short hours,people will go downtown and support the business that are open for business. read more

Needed distilled water for my medical device and my humidifier. They had it at a great price!! SO MUCH cheaper than the store! Also they are happy to refill my bottles I already had as well as had a good price on additional bottles. You don't get much "greener" than reusing your bottles! They even have larger sized bottles if you don't want to use gallon sized bottles. They can deliver if stopping by the store is a challenge for you as well! I will be picking up my drinking water here as we make a lot of coffee and iced tea. My family is excited for tastier coffee and iced tea! If you are buying at the grocery store you are paying WAY too much! Grocery store down the street is always out of distilled water, so I was so glad to find a store that has it any day of the week! I have been buying my drinking water from these fine folks since I moved here in 2017. I have a water dispenser which supplies both hot and cold water from the 5-gal bottles I have filled at the water store. They offer punch cards with 20 5-gal allotments which makes 100 gallons go for $55. A small price to pay for healthy water peace-of-mind. The Water Store is conveniently located right off the main street leading into Boulder City. I've been going to this place for several years now and never ran into any issue. It's a small store with tight parking because they share space with a couple other businesses around it but nothing too crazy. The customer service they provide is top notch from when you enter the store you're happily greeted from someone on the staff. Inside you will see a lot of items from small - big bottles of all different shapes you can purchase from the store to all sorts of water coolers to one of my favorite things to see is their 12-stage purification system. If you decide to bring your own bottles in to get them filled the staff will assist in taking your bottles, rinsing them out, and fill them up using their purification system. It take no time for them to fill up your bottles and place them on a store cart so you don't have to carry them out to your vehicle. They also have a vending type system that use the same purification system outside just in case you don't make it in time for store hours, you can always use this to fill up your bottles with their great clean and good water. They have purified water and ozone water which are great options for a nice and refreshing thirst quencher. read more

I went in for my first visit and the family owned business provided awesome service!! They were super nice and even carried my water to the car for me! I waited a few days before posting. Their water is some of the most crisp and pure water I've ever tasted! And it's reasonable priced!! I believe it's 50¢ a gallon. They also have prepaid cards which is a super smart buy. I grabbed a bunch of cards on my way out to hand out to my neighbors. I live in Henderson and this place is definitely worth the drive! read more

I have happily bought our water here for 4 years now. It is pretty close to distilled water in mineral content and saves me a lot of money not having to buy distilled water. Service is great! If you buy a 100 gallon card, the cost is only 35 cents/gallon. The place is sparkling clean as well. read more

I would never buy water anywhere else. Sure you can get it for 25cents at the grocer but it's dirty! The person before you picked their nose ( yes I've seen it) and then touched the tap. Or they just came with nasty hands. I don't know how often they clean those taps but it's not enough. I'm happy to pay 40cents for clean water. The water person is really nice. They even carry the heavy bottles to the car. I purchased my whole set up from the water store. I have the jug, the stand, and 4 five gallon jugs. read more

Great small business atmosphere. They remember their customers, and call them by name, you just don't see that much anymore. They have a great deal on water jugs if you need them, or bring your own. I was recently advised to use a humidifier in my home, and knew using tap water would be a maintenance nightmare. I also knew grocery distilled water would cost a fortune. I spoke to the folks here, and for a fraction of the cost, they got me going. One of our pets also required a special filtered water, not distilled, which I could not find in stores. They were able to provide it at a very reasonable cost. Great prices, great service. That says it all for me. read more

The Water Store is a great place to fill your water jugs. You can visit during business hours and get your jugs filled inside the store. Or if it is after hours there are two machines outside the front of the store. I like to buy my ice there too. It's made with the same great filtered water. I have a smaller sized refrigerator so it's super convenient to be able to buy a 7 lb. bag instead a a giant 10 lb. bag that takes up the entire freezer. Contrary to another reviewer, I have found the gentleman who operates the store to be friendly, helpful and very gracious. read more
