We signed up for LVAC about a month ago, and during sign-up you get one free smoothie from the juice bar at the Henderson location. That one smoothie completely hooked us! Now, after almost every workout (which we rarely miss anymore), we leave with at least one smoothie -- sometimes two -- and we've even eaten at the juice bar a couple of times as well. Every smoothie I've tried so far has been absolutely delicious. They're always made perfectly and consistently every single time. They are a little pricey, but honestly worth it. We've tried recreating them at home and it's just not the same. The food is also really good -- very clean, fresh, flavorful, and cooked well. Our personal favorite is the tuna salad sandwich, but we usually have them turn it into a wrap. The customer service has been great too. Everyone is always friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The juice bar itself is very clean, and the long hours make it super convenient when you're trying to stick to healthier eating habits. I really do enjoy this place, but there are a few things that I would definitely recommend. First the convenience of juice bar is unparalleled. To be able to grab a lunch smoothie or snack right after your workout is absolutely perfect. They have a ton of options considering how small the kitchen is. I would recommend the teriyaki bowl or any of their smoothies. The price is the only downfall. Majority of their meals cost anywhere from $12-$16 and the smoothies are up there as well. read more

I got a free smoothie after signing up at this gym. It was very busy and all the tables were taken on a Saturday morning. I chose to get the orange dreamsicle since it had premium protein. I waited about 15 minutes. Turns out they were saying someone else's name instead of mine. Once they figured it out, they apologized but my smoothie was incredibly light, as in weight. Anyways, I felt like there was no taste and it was as light as an entire cup of whip cream. I barely tasted any orange. It was my first time here so I didn't expect that from a $13 smoothie. Pros: Convenience. It's really easy to replenish burned calories post workout. Cons: THE PRICE. No rewards program or promo's. Smoothies are cheaper in the AIRPORT than at LVAC. $14 is insane. If you workout everyday and get the most basic smoothie it will cost you $98/week. Let that sink in. read more

Drinks are eh... got the ripped java with almond butter and it tasted like straight water. The consistency of the drink was like drinking a cup of milk. Took two sips and I was half way done. Would've asked to remake it or for money back but it was almost done after the two sips. For 15 bucks before tip? Not worth. Starting working out at the gym recently which I do love, and it was nice to see they had a juice bar here that contains smoothies, food, grab and go food options too. I will say the prices are a little high but you do get a good size smoothie from it. So far I've tried the hulk & ripped Java. Loved the hulk, Java was good too I just didn't taste coffee, tasted mostly all chocolate. My husband got PB&J which I bought was good also. I'll order my toddler a smoothie since they have a kids option, def overpriced $7 for a small kids cup. The size is fine but price shouldn't be more than 5 in my opinion. Service was good, the lady helped me figure out to get points. But if it wasn't for that , there wouldn't of been that much interaction. The menu items itself were pretty nice for a post-work out. I found myself here after hitting the gym, craving a meal. I ordered my items and found that my food was pretty delicious; the lady at the front who took the order was unfriendly though. The staff was organizing items at the counter and when I decided I was ready to order, I let them know. The lady looked over quickly, then ignored me and continued to clean the counter for another minute before walking over to take the order with an attitude. I ordered 2 pb&j lunchboxes. Both come with a fruit and a juice box. They handed us the boxes a few minutes later and then said they were out of juice. I asked if they could give us something else. She said "sorry no". So you could have told us you were out of juice before hand or Atleast gave us some kind of incentive for being out of juice? This review is only based on customer service. Iv been a member at LVAC for a very long time. Iv always used the juice bar at each location. Never had an issue. My first interaction at this location was not good. My daughter and I walked up to the counter and waited to be helped. We could hear the staff laughing and joking in the back kitchen, assuming they didn't see us standing at the counter, I walked over to the side, gave a wave and said hello, she then acknowledged us and walked out and said... "I know you're there, I can see you on the cameras, you don't need to get my attention." I was like wow! Ok.... we ordered our drinks and left. Never a thank you or even a hello. Didn't even tell us our drinks were ready. Just left em on the counter and walked away. This was 2 months ago. We have been avoiding this business because we see her in the morning. Fast forward to yesterday morning, my daughter wanted a shake so I decided to give it another try, we walked up to the counter, same girl came up to help us, never said a word, just stared at us. Never said hello, never asked for our order or even acknowledged we were talking to her, accept the fact she was typing on her register. After taking our order she just stared at us, I then asked how much I owe, I paid and stepped to the other side to wait for my drink. As we were standing there she set some drinks on the counter and stepped to the side, I walked over and took a look at the drinks on the counter and she seemed to lose her shit and said that's not your and grabbed it from my hands! I asked her what her problem was and she just walked away and ignored me. After I got my drink from the other employee, I asked her for the other employee name, and she refused to give it to me, she said she don't know her name. Then she walks over to the door and says "Ashley that guy wants you" so when she came out, I was gonna try and figure out what her attitude problem was so maybe we can move forward so we can still use the business. Avers is literally the best! She is the ONLY one working in the morning and absolutely kills it by herself! I see her bust her butt in the morning to pump out orders and not only is she fast but she makes the most perfect shakes for me and my boyfriend. She is super good at recommending drinks or modifying drinks to make it just right for you. When she's not here it makes coming to the gym a little more sucky. The only Juice Bar in Las Vegas I wouldn't buy a smoothie. I had been going to north LVAC on Decatur for about 8 years great staff and their food and smoothies were always great. I moved a year ago closer to this location on Stufflebeam Rd and their smoothies are inconsistent, sometimes they're ok and sometimes their horrible. The staff gives me attitude when I ask the to redo my 13 dollar smoothie I get 4-5 times a week. I hope management does a better training. There was no name tag visible to know the name of the employee but a girl with a septum nose ring has nothing but a nasty attitude anytime I try to order something simple like just a water. Normally she has me repeat what I said since she seems too busy listening to music as Well. She doesn't even greet the moment she sees you nor allows you too know she sees you when waiting in line. Just moved to Henderson so not sure where to find a smoothie close to home. Found this place on yelp and decided to check it out. Unfortunately, turns out this smoothie place is inside a gym and gym membership is required to make purchases. However, since we were already there at the lobby, the lady at the gym lobby counter was very nice and allow us to go make a purchase this time only without the gym membership. I ordered the green machine smoothie and it is delicious! Too bad it's members only or else I would love to make this my go to smoothie spot as it's close to home. read more

This poor lady needs help. I wish i got her name, but She was solo and didn't know what she was doing. Talked to the customer in Front of me about life for 5 minutes and then ignored me and the line behind me and just made the one drink. I'd love to take a seat while i wait for my shake i have no issue with it being busy and being alone / short staffed. But the system was down and not reading cards. **Posting this to Yelp since LVAC told me that the Juice Bar is sub-contracted out and they don't have anything to do with their management - and they gave me their email address to send this complaint to them. So I emailed them this complaint, and it's now been well over a week and a half and have received ZERO reply. Maybe they'll be forced to address this issue since now I'm posting it publicly.** I am very disappointed in the lack of service and lack of caring from employees with the juice bar staffs, once a while back at the Decatur location, but most recently, TWICE, at the new location at Russell and Stephanie. The first issue at Russell/Stephanie location was last week (the week of 11/25/19), when I walk up, and then I am standing there. Waiting. Then I keep waiting. An employee sees me and keeps walking. Then another one is at the back counter talking to either a friend or another employee on their night off, but they look at me, and keep on having their conversation. Then they go to the back room. I was stared at by three different employees, and then finally I spoke up when I saw a fourth one almost walk by also, so I finally said "Is anyone working today?", then this one employee finally helped me. I thought that was totally ridiculous. Four different employees and three of them couldn't be bothered to take an order for a bottle of water, and the fourth one was also just staring at me and almost walked away too, until I finally stopped her. Second was tonight (12/2/19). There is only one employee out by the registers taking an order for a couple staring at the menu for what shakes they want to order. There's already a lady in front of me in line. Then it's me, and then another gentleman walks up behind me. The line is continuing to form, and this couple is monopolizing the ONE employee (when I know there are always at least THREE employees on shift at any given time.) They just continue to keep talking! They are asking each other what they want. They have no clue. We're all standing there waiting, and waiting. It literally is like 5-7 straight minutes of this ONE COUPLE with the ONE employee. Finally, they finish, and then JUST then as they finally walk away, another employee walks up to open up the second register. What kind of customer service is this? What are the other employees doing in the back room when there is a line forming? Why wasn't this couple that had no clue what they wanted and held up the line, not encouraged to stand off to the side with one of the menus and then get back in line behind everyone else? It is becoming more and more of a trend, and it is quite wrong for a gym that has a juice bar and is the ONLY place one can get a bottle of water (that's all I wanted, was a bottle of water), to have employees just hanging in the back room, and the one that was working not telling the people still deciding to move over to look at the menu and have their discussion. And when multiple employees about a week prior just stare at me and keep walking - THAT is even worse. I am hoping that the juice bar staff(s) can be better trained on how to a) greet customers when they walk up, and b) not allow one couple to monopolize the line and hold it up when there is an obvious line forming. And c) not have multiple employees on payroll just hanging in the back when this is happening. I have seen three and sometimes four on duty, so I know that they are there. What are they doing? Maybe some vending machines with water bottles in the lobby could be placed so those of us who just want water can get it and leave, and not be held up by people who don't know what they want to order? Or better yet, maybe the employees can run the two to three registers and actually do their jobs so a line isn't being formed? Thank you for your consideration. Whoever the young man that was working tonight has a horrible attitude. I didn't catch his name but I wish I did so I can warn people not to go when he's working. It was my first time getting a shake here and I had a question about the menu. I asked if I could substitute an ingredient and he responded very rudely. He looked irritated and acted like I was bothering him for asking a simple question. It was very disrespectful and made me not even want the shake anymore. I work in customer service and I understand if he was having a bad day, but there is absolutely no reason to project your negative emotions onto customers who haven't done anything. Whatever attitude he had going on was disgusting and really needs to work on it. The young manager lady is fantastic but the make your own smoothie choices are not shown anywhere. The other staff members are not very familiar with all the choices therefore make it hard to order. I had a smoothie today after my workout it was prepared by a new young boy . he obviously had no idea what he was doing because it was like an ice block. The few sips I was abke to get out where terrible, chalky, just terrible. I suggest the supervisor watches over the new people to ensure a quality product each and every time. I've ordered a smoothie here on 3 occasions. Twice they lost the order or forgot to make it or whatever. Mistakes can happen, but shouldn't happen two thirds of the time.
