The technician told me that…read moreI have to change the brakes and bushings as well (tandem axle) and somehow that will incrementally cost an extra $4500 (changing back plates and bushings) on top of the original job for tires and bearings (should be noted brake parts cost $250 for 4 wheels on Amazon, and bushings are not that expensive). I wanted to cancel the whole job but they had my trailer and forced me to take the tires and charged me an inspection fee on top (somehow putting the drums back on is an extra 1.25h on top of the tire installation where the tires are already off)...... I am not even sure if they serviced the bearings... To put it mildly I do question their integrity given this behaviour and the prices quoted for changing the electric brakes and knowing what it actually takes to do it... I hoped I misheard but they certainly did not correct me when I repeated the price back to them... I went there based on their reputation and I am very disappointed by the experience. $4500 is quadruple what would cost to do disks and rotors on 4 wheels on any car which is quite a bit more complex, let alone electric brakes on a trailer so in my view we are talking orders of magnitude difference...

It started with the keys for parts of the trailer and the battery , now the the hose for the water container has a leak. I have not taken it out for camping so these problems are adding up. I don't recommend them

I recently rented a truck from Enterprise (Ottawa Truck Rental on Laperriere Ave) to move my son…read moreand his roommate from Ottawa to Montreal. I used the online rental process which was seamless and efficient. My only worry was that i couldn't tell if i was getting a 12 or a 14 foot cube van. On the day of the move i arrived at Ottawa Truck Rental and was warmly greeted by Matt and his colleague, and he had the reservation up on his system and confirmed that the 14 footer was ready to go. He walked us out to the parking lot, walked us around the truck, pointed out important features and we wrapped up the contract at the vehicle via his wireless tablet. Truck was perfect but even better was the SERVICE from Matt - outstanding communication and front line service! I have used U-Haul a few times in the past and this was the polar opposite to the near disdain that customers seem to be treated with at U-Haul! I will continue to use Ottawa Truck Rental in the future and will highly recommend them to friends and colleagues.

The bill was incorrect stating tire purchase, installation and an oil change? The mechanic checked and advised that the bill printout was incorrect and the brake service was indeed completed. One week later the car had a noise braking and took it in for seized front calipers. Ryno Motors never did the brake service, however billed for it. Not recommended.
