Which is sad because it's right down the street. I have a very sensitive nose. And extremely picky about drinking water. If you can't detect the mold, just ask yourself if you have any minor health issues that started when you began getting water here. The last thing our bodies need is mold.​ Look into it. There are a few water and ice businesses that have great water. This location at University and Greenfield is the worst by far.

I understand that plumbers often have long days and multiple jobs to complete, but that should not be an excuse to place my toilet seats in front of my front door out of frustration, leaving residue on my patio. My second interaction was for the installation of the new toilets. The plumber arrived at my house and immediately attempted to give every excuse as to why he couldn't install them. After speaking with his boss, he came back and said he would install them, but not before explaining that there was new staff working at their call center who didn't know what they were doing and that the details of the job had been explained incorrectly to me. At that point, I honestly just wanted the toilets installed, so I offered to show him my work order. He responded by saying, "I'm not here to argue," and walked away. He then installed the toilets, and when he was finished, he asked me to inspect them. He still appeared frustrated as I walked through the house to look at the work. The brand-new toilets and my floors had a significant amount of residue on them from the installation, but that was not my main concern. One of the toilets was installed at an obvious angle. I am not being picky--it was clearly crooked. I asked if he could straighten it out. Frustrated, he told me the toilet flange was off and that if I wanted it fixed, it would cost $4,500. He then told me to sign off on the job. I also asked him to take the sink that I had paid for him to remove from the house. He refused, stating that it would be a "liability." He said they would simply refund me instead. He then left, leaving behind both the sink and the trash. I admit that I knowingly signed the paperwork because I did not trust the company to properly correct the issue. I later had another plumber come out to inspect and fix the work. He told me there was nothing wrong with the flange and that the crooked installation was most likely the result of laziness. Over the years, I have had many positive experiences with tradesmen and have great respect for the hard work and effort they put into their jobs. Unfortunately, this company did not reflect that level of professionalism or workmanship, and I am truly shocked by the experience I had.

It was 50 cents for a gallon and the machine was very easy to use. It's easy to combine it with a shopping trip in the store and I love that store! You can also fill larger containers and they also sell various sizes of ice although I didn't need that. It's close and convenient on the water tasted pretty good!

I returned later for my vac and the female manager was there, had repaired it and explained what she did. She was very kind and professional. I met All Arizona Water at my work a while back and Greg came and installed a new unit at our home…read more The original RO unit he couldn't service due to different cartridges and the company that I think originally installed the unit wouldn't service it and tried to sell us a new system at a higher price than All Arizona Water. We have had our system for a while and every year Greg calls to come and refresh the cartridges and fills the air. Recently we had a plumber install a new garbage disposal. He moved the RO system and changed a hose. The plumber didn't realize that he removed a specific plug that helps block the unit from back flowing. I called all ax water and Greg immediately call me back and knew exactly what happened! Greg had his tech person at my house the next day. He is such a pleasure to work with and we really appreciate him and what he does for us by giving us good AZ drinking water! 10 plus stars!!

Delta encourages customers to leave a rating. I don't know why as it is not to their benefit…read more We purchased plumbing fixtures from Home Depot and asked that they be installed. Home Depot has Delta under contract. We scheduled a appointment. We received a reminder email, looking good so far. We wait for Delta and about an hour before their scheduled time they call to cancel and reschedule. We are not happy but okay, things happen. The plumber shows up on the new date and time and performs the necessary work. We have a dispute over one of the faucets which Delta says was not included in the order. Home Depot comes out and installs it. After he leaves we notice that it is leaking. Home Depot schedules Delta to come out to fix it. Time warp, they send us an email to remind us of the appointment and an hour before they are to appear, they call and cancel. Once again Home Depot comes out to fix it. I do not know why Home Depot has this company under contract when they have to send their own people out to get the job done. If you like being treated like a customer who doesn't matter then this is they company for you. Other than that, find a good plumber first and then just purchase what you need. I do not know how Delta stays in business.
