Do not hire this company. My mother met Pepe through a friend of hers and asked him to install synthetic turf and some landscaping in her small front yard. He wrote the estimate on June 6 and began work shortly after. However, his team was a no show on repeated occasions, prompting calls from my brother to find out what was going on. He did not return phone calls until days later and there was a long series of excuses, family emergencies, unavailable workers, materials. He would call and say, "I've got the materials, we'll be there tomorrow" and then not show up and not call. This went on for weeks. The full amount of the proposed work was charged to my mother's credit card at the beginning of the job and then, after 3 weeks of no work happening, he charged an additional $1700 without her authorization or any additional documentation of added work or reasons for the charges. Only after my brother called and threatened him with legal action did he send his crew to finish. This was a 700 sq ft space with no complicated features and he completed it 12 weeks later.
