He then said I needed a new filter and sold me one for $175 and that worked for about a month. The receipt that he gave me was from his business, so I don't know where he got it from. Then my pool starting to turn green and when missed the A couple of Saturdays before I released him of his services. I sent him a picture of my green pool and he said, oh that's not good. Do you think? Anyways, I went to the pool service store with a Sample of my water. They told me I needed a few different things and I treated the pool myself and it turned clear. Imagine that. But I was not able to maintain my pool on my own because I didn't have the time. so I hired a new pool guy after my pool turned green again. At this point it needed to be shocked and the guy said that the filter I had in there was a piece of crap that Kevin sold me. So he gave me a bigger and better filter-shocked the pool and got the pool crystal clear and back to normal. It costed me $800. But it was well worth it. Then Kevin with Dive pool service wants to bill me for the last two weeks that he came and did absolutely no good. For $83.07. I ignored the bill saying I don't think I should pay this. He persisted to bill me and now said he's going to take me to collections if I don't pay it. This guy does not know what he's doing and is a crappy businessman. Don't hire him

The owner's son consistently failed…read moreto clean the pool sweep bag, didn't brush the pool regularly, and never drained the dirty water from the filter tank after cleaning the filters. Despite charging the highest fees in the area, their work was subpar. I ultimately fired them after discovering that his son was only adding chemicals to the pool without even removing the leaves from the basket. I then scheduled another company to inspect the pool water quality, and the results were alarming: Calcium level: 80 ppm (should be between 200-400 ppm) Phosphate level: 500 ppm (should be between 0-125 ppm) Clearly, the previous service was not maintaining proper chemical balance. Their lack of honesty and professionalism left me no choice but to switch to a new pool cleaning service. Someone posted, "His son literally spent 4-6 minutes from arrival to departure (video proof)"--and that's absolutely true. I wish I had seen those reviews earlier so I wouldn't have wasted my money on such poor service. I also have video proof showing that his son spent less than 5 minutes from arrival to departure. Stay away from this company.

Why is it to far out of the route, if others are serviced in Morgan Hill? He did a GREAT job cleaning the spa. For that I give the 2 stars. I feel like there was something more as to why he won't do regular service. He gave 2 reasons, location and Bromine. I can switch to Chlorine, but can not move my house. If he knew the location from our first text, why take the job? (edited after response, I lowered it to one star. I'm sorry it was filthy/dirty. I told you it went a few months needing the filter, I sent pictures. You did not call or try to reach me with concerns. He did not seem organized with the pool cleaning schedule each week. It was always a different day each week. He just said he was very busy. I had a problem with my hot tub. The hot tub kept shutting off before it reached 104 degrees. I thought Edwin fixed it but it never got fixed. He told me he was really busy. This was over a period of 3 or 4 months. I do not think he knew how to fix it. I contacted the pool construction company that built the hot tub and they fixed the problem in 30 minutes. He tried to blame it on me for pushing too many buttons but that was not the problem at all. He said that we were not a good fit and cancelled my service.
