Once Andrew and his team took over our pool hasn't looked better since we moved in in 2011. Rise & Shine's communication is great as they notify you when they're headed to your home and they come out on a designated day once a week. When they clean the filter, rather than have the debris go into a portion of the yard that will not damage anything (there is an open dirt space 2 feet away) they clean on the pea gravel pathway into the yard which is also a dog run. Every 4 weeks I clean up and remove debris and add new pea gravel. I finally complained and the response was a big so what. I can't imagine anyone would want that debris dumped on the pathway to the yard. Once brought to their attention you would think they would apologize and make it right- no way. response was "your pool needs the filter cleaned every 4 week because it gets dirty fast" ok - that has nothing to do with the issue blame the client. not a good company to deal with.
