Stopped by on a Friday afternoon and really enjoyed the atmosphere. There were a few people working on laptops, and it was quiet, well lit, and felt like a great place to be productive. The space is sleek, modern, and very clean. They have a large selection of coffee and tea drinks, plus baked goods, coffee beans, and other coffee and tea accessories for sale. There's also a convenient drive-thru if you're in a hurry. The baristas were friendly and efficient. I ordered the Strawberry Crème Matcha and a Vietnamese coffee with condensed milk, and both were delicious. The matcha was refreshing without being overly sweet, and the Vietnamese coffee was rich, smooth, and exactly what I was hoping for. Overall, this is a great coffee shop whether you're looking for a place to work, catch up with someone, or just grab a quality drink. I'd definitely come back. read more

Took a while before anyone greeted me at the counter, but once they did they were polite and suggestive. I usually like my coffee strong, so I order a quad with a splash of almond milk. Mine turned out real light and milky. I disagree a lot about sending items back, so I kept it as is. It was still really good. I got the gingerbread seasonal flavor. The location was easy to find, and there was a drive-thru available. They are open on Sundays, which is wonderful since most shop are closed. Simply decorated and smelt very clean. read more

Love this lil spot! It's great coffee, service and seating close to my area. I go here often for meetings and always love the vibes and staff. They have great food and coffee selections. The only downside is the tiny amount of parking but I usually luck up and someone is leaving when I arrive. I've order a few different things each time and I always really enjoy what I get. I'm happy to have this spot here as an option for coffee. read more

Super cute and classy coffee shop!!!! At first, while walking in I was a bit confused as it's attached to a gas station...but after going in, seeing the decor and overall high-end vibe, I realized you definitely can't judge based off the outside of a place and make assumptions. Walked in with my bestie and started browsing the menu. We weren't greeted upon entering, but the staff was still friendly-ish at checkout and helpful when we asked about menu items. My friend ordered an iced green tea frappe which was very good to me, but too sweet for her liking. She also ordered a breakfast sandwich on a croissant with ham and cheese but said it could've used some sauce or something but that it was still good. I ordered what the barista recommended and got an iced cinnamon and sugar latte with a build your own breakfast sandwich. I chose a croissant, bacon, provolone cheese, and an egg. The drink was pretty good, very sweet, but I like it sweet, so that was perfect. The sandwich was okay...the croissant itself was amazing and buttery, flakey perfection...but the bacon wasn't crispy, it was sort of limp and didn't seem like it was cooked well enough, or at least to my liking anyways. The cheese and egg were good, but the bacon part was a little disappointing to me, and I agree it could've used some sauce to tie the whole thing together, so next time I will ask for some. Overall, I would recommend this cafe, because it's very classy-looking aesthetically, and the drink-ware and plating was very pretty and seemed like there was a lot of love and effort placed in our drinks, food etc. If you go, just know that it is a bit pricey, and if you want your bacon or meat crispy, you definitely need to ask for that. I know people have different preferences sometimes. If you don't like a super sweet drink, don't order the iced green tea frappe, it's very sweet as I said before. Maybe ask the baristas what's best for your taste preferences before ordering and that would be helpful. :) I did notice there's a drive thru which is really awesome and rare for a small business coffee shop to have!! The two staff members working during my visit were not especially friendly or interested in providing customer service. The shop offers several different coffees with various flavors, brews, etc. they also offer several sandwiches and baked goods. The coffee was a little expensive for the sizes. . Had a chance to stop by Waterbean Coffee on a recent trip to Charlotte and it was cute! It's adjacent to a gas station, so you likely will have to search to find. But they've got great milk alternative options. I got the honey lavender latte special and avocado toast. Both were pretty good. The servers were kind. It's a good quick pit stop if you're headed on the highway. read more

Wonderful experience at this Waterbean location! It was hardly busy for a Thursday morning. There are several outlets for people trying to get work done, and they also have a drive through. It doesn't look like much from the outside being attached to a gas station, but the inside atmosphere is the same as any other Waterbean location I've been to (Winston-Salem and Huntersville for reference). I always love the iced chai at Waterbean; I personally prefer it to all other iced chai I've had from coffee shops. I decided to try the macarons this visit too and loved them, especially the Italian cream! read more

Super cute little find. I've been going on a coffee shop tour around the concord area recently and have found a few gems and a bunch of so-so spots. This place was one of the better ones I've found! The outside is a little unassuming since it's connected to a gas station, and that's one of the reasons I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5. But the inside is very cute. It's clean and bright and welcoming. Cute tables and chairs, nice long coffee bar, a cute little selection of bakery goods. They have a drive through. They have a good sized menu. They have their own brand of coffee beans you can buy. I got a chai tea latte and one of their seasonal coffee drinks- it was an iced latte with snickerdoodle cold foam. Both drinks were very good. My kids tried a rice crispy and that was good, nothing overly amazing, but still good. Good experience, I'd go back again. read more

I almost passed it. I wasn't expecting a gas station. That gas station feel ends as soon as you walk in the door (they also have a drive-through). This place was really cute, almost elegant and the coffee was good. I also appreciated that they asked if I wanted the muffin warmed up. They offer sandwiches, muffins, cookies and scones. Cutest place less than a mile from the interstate, but worth the extra stop lights to get there. Great service and kind staff, especially for those exhausted from driving many hours. Hailey is a great barista and made a delicious snickerdoodle latte, not too sweet! Fantastic Service today around 3:40 in the drive through. Genuinely every time I go I am impressed by the quality of this place. Cute place but coffee sucks! wanted a simple cup of black coffee, paid $3.50 for a small and the bottom of the cup was all grounds (got a mouth full). The $1.95 gas station coffee is much better and will stick to that from now on. read more
