Their actions from that point were egregious the way they treated and spoke to her. My daughters pay the entire 2 years with a small raise has been ridiculously low being a lead hostess. She was expected to do more work with the small raise that was given and asked to do management training of new employees. She was always the reliable employee who picked up extra hours and holidays. I would strongly recommend anybody who's considering seeking employment by this company who has basically a corporate mentality of dollars over employee appreciation to think twice!

Marcus works hard to keep things running smoothly. My mother has grown fond of many of the wonderful aides that are readily available to help her in so many ways. First they promised us that my grandfather, who I took care of for a year would be in good hands. He would TEMPORARILY be on the dementia side of the building until they had an open room where he could roam freely and socialize with people at his level. He has not moved from that side. I went and visited with him one day and I sat across a patient who was obviously very ill, the Resident assistant was vigorously shoving food down this lady throat, food running down her face while the RA was hiding that she was texting while feeding. The RA then told the resident that she was done eating. She took her plate and started walking away while the resident was mumbling with food running down her face and pointing at the cup that she wanted. The RA did NOT once give her any fluids. I reported her to the head nurse and she told me to fill out a form and she would be fired because this was not her first offense of TEXTING ON DUTY. That following week that woman was still there. STILL WORKING WITH THESE RESIDENTS. The food is awful also, my grandfather is 6'3 275 pounds and he can eat, they fed him a slice of tomato with salt and pepper on it, a tiny blueberry muffin, with a tiny spoon full of mashed potato and no protein. When I went to visit him a couple of weeks later he dropped 3 pant sizes. As of today my family was told that he was needed to move out within 24 hours because of him sexually harassing the RA's. Let me remind you that he has minor dementia, they haven't notified my family of this behavior before. They are so quick to kick him out even though from the beginning they said THIS PLACE IS HIS HOME, WE ARE FAMILY. Family doesn't keep awful workers, family ensures of well cooked meals. There was also an incident of another resident lost wandering the halls trying to find his room and ended up sleeping the night away with my grandpa because he was so tired and confused with no RA to escort this patient to his bed. While were talking about beds they also seem to never make his bed and always seem to put the wrong sheets on his bed without checking to make sure there isn't any human feces on it.

This is more than an assisted living facility, it feels like home: warm, calm, compassionate and caring. Residents and family members are treated with respect and dignity by the staff. The nurse and director have created an atmosphere where safety, security, physical and medical needs are being met, but of equal importance is the environment: happy, friendly and caring. I take comfort in knowing my husband is not only safe and secure, but also is getting such excellent care from compassionate people.

Aides serve it however they want. Often there are no napkins. Doesn't seem to be a process for serving food. Housekeeping ? It appears the don't clean residents rooms or dining area tables and floor. Management doesn't seem to manage. Lots of Directors but rarely see them. I don't believe they know what's going on in Memory care. My daughter spoke with the Resident Care director about dirty floor in dining room. Her response was "it's not my department". Choose carefully.

We don't event use the service but were trapped in the garage because cars were backed up to the street waiting for Valet. Exterior doors are often left unsecured, allowing strangers to wander in unnoticed. Staff seem stretched thin, and call buttons can ring endlessly without response. Basic safety checks appear inconsistent, and residents sometimes roam without supervision. The environment creates constant worry rather than peace of mind. Families deserve reassurance, but instead receive unease. I cannot recommend this location to anyone seeking a secure, protective, and attentive home for loved ones today now always.

The nursing staff and CNAs are incredibly compassionate and attentive. They take the time to treat him with dignity and have made him feel comfortable during a difficult transition. I can't say enough good things about the therapy team. My husband arrived after surgery and, thanks to the dedicated physical and occupational therapist, he has made good progress. They push him to improve while staying safe. The staff keeps me updated on his progress. Which I really appreciate. Medilodge also provides a variety of daily actives. A special shout out to Tyronne , who goes above and beyond to ensure safe transportation to medical appointments. The front desk women were all very kind and prompt. Dr Sill and his assistant were excellent per usual. Very friendly and professional. My quickest appointments are always with him.
