I've lived here for a few months now, and wanted to give an honest opinion. RUN, don't walk to find a place here. It is absolutely amazing. It's a hidden gem. The amenities alone are amazing! Indoor and outdoor pool. Gym. Restaurant. Hair salon. The security. Library. Indoor/outdoor pickleball/tennis courts. The parties and entertainment. Our family is so happy we bought here. Yes, are there the same issues as living in any other high rise? Yes. You are still sharing a wall with other people! Maybe I'm lucky but everyone in my building/floor are very nice. When inside my condo I rarely hear any noise. We moved here from a single family home, and count be happier. No more lawn mowing or upkeep of the outside of the house! Very happy! read more

I moved to WAL in Jine and we have visited the marketplace on a few occasions. I love the convenience of having a grill and shoppette on site. My husband and I have enjoyed the pizza on a Friday evening sitting on the terrace over looking the pool and the Hamburg woth fries after spending time at the pool. The burgers are thick and juicy and they will make your fries extra crispy if you ask....I also love that they offer sweet potato fries. I would have given 5 starts if they also offered Tater Tots. read more

I mean what more could you ask for. I purchased a condo. It have proved to be one of the best decisions I ever made. It is as advertised "resort" style living with more amenities that you can fathom to include an indoor and outdoor pool, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a store, a restaurant and the list goes on! The maintenance is amazing! They quickly responded to maintenance requests and provide recommendations that are extremely helpful. Kids!!! There is never a boring moment no matter what the weather... My neighbors are friendly and helpful! There are a mix of young and older. I have nothing bad to say!!! read more

I live at the Watergate at Landmark. This convenience Center is family owned/operated. The service I have experienced has been great, The staff is friendly. I have only ordered pizza here. I strongly recommend the pizza. read more

Food is good. I love the spicy wings. They have a great online service that delivers within the community. The store is well stocked with 7 eleven type items, even lotto tickets. I wish they had more southern style options. I'm not sure why the focus is Indian food. read more

People at the Marketplace are the BEST! AND I love the casadillas! Try 'em! BTW we have lived at Watergate nearly 10 years and as a military family, have lived/moved many many times. Watergate is our favorite, especially for our extended family visits.... read more

I am a resident for 14 years. The management is just like mafia; All the time management is first and all resident are second. Parking are first for them second for us, no matter if someone works late has to go park on streets. They put speed limit for us but they are driving over that. It is more then 3 years they are renewing parts of buildings but it never ended and every time we have parking issue. They changed lots of area which were not necessary. All the time we ignore and they are ruling us. One night I was coming late from work and I saw an old man with a nurse on wheelchair and he was asking for ambulance but the Watergate officer was telling him: ( why you do not have shoes on). Today is no wondering why lots of units are empty. read more

No respect for regulars whatsoever, I've been always buying from them and was always ok since it's just a regular but/sell transaction, until that day when I was on my way out of the pool and my toddler threw a tantrum because he wanted a lollipop, I didn't have the money so I asked if we can take the lollipop and pay later (I live there) the answer? A very rude NO head shake! It's $0.25 lollipop for god sake! I wasn't there scheming to steal a $0.25 lollipop when I paid them hundreds if not thousands in treansactions since I moved to the watergate, the employee stood there watching while I was struggling with my son who threw himself kicking and crying just because the jerk wouldn't let him take the lollipop, I was even willing to leave a collateral to ensure I'm coming back to pay them the $0.25 but still a silent and rude NO head shake, you know what? F you for doing that I will not buy from you and I will tell everyone to stop dealing with you, seriously bad people don't deserve to be in business. read more

I live at Watergate At Landmark; I have tried several times to order delivery from the market restaurant and convenience store. Only one of those times with the order actually placed. This business claims they do delivery but I have yet to see that proved out. I find this business less than useful to the residents of this condominium community. read more

The food is way overpriced! I ordered 3 pieces of "homemade tandoori bread" and when I picked it up it was store bought. They charged me $2.00 for each piece of bread! If you order Butter Chicken the chicken is leftover chicken from their chicken shish kebabs! It was tough and tasted old. I won't be ordering again even though it's convenient since I live at Watergate at Landmark! read more
