I've never had better care for my pool. Brandon is conscientious about his work and genuinely cares about his clients. He is a perfectionist and knows what to do with any issues your pool may have. He keeps the chemicals at the proper level and communicates well if parts are needed or anything is not right. I've been using B Picky Pools for a couple of years after firing my last two incompetent companies. I've never had any problems, nor have I ever had a green or cloudy pool. Brandon keeps my pool sparkling year round. I really like him too, he's trustworthy and has a good personality. If I ever have a question orconcern he responds to me immediately. I gave him the key to my gate and he shows up every Tuesday as scheduled. Some pool companies are very unreliable, they change days or they just don't show up at all thinking you won't notice, but not Brandon. When I brought this to her husband, who also serviced our pool weekly, he characterized her behavior as friendliness and declined to get involved. I recognize that my former partner was responsible for his own choices. However, I also expect professional boundaries from business owners providing services to our household. Several years ago, I thought I had a pool leak, and hired a leak detective to come out. He didn't detect a leak, but he gave me great advice on the need to change the position of my hose line to reach more of the pool, and recommended one of the Elliotts. I originally hired them to come and repipe the pool and change the line- they did such a fantastic job, I hired for my regular service which was a different son. That son closed up shop over a year ago, and his dad, Marty, who taught he and his brother everything they knew, took over my account. Marty is wonderful. He or a member of his team service my pool every week. I have trouble with mustard algae because of my palm trees, but over the winter they've been treating it more aggressively, and my pool has literally never looked better. I pay $135/month which feels fair- they take care of my chlorine and charge extra if they have to replace a part (or for the mustard algae treatments). I am very grateful to have been referred to Elliott Pool Service years ago and hope I have them for the long run!

I live in Northern California, and my 83 year-old friend lives in Phoenix. As his POA, I manage all of his affairs. Just used Todd's services to replace a pool pump with a new federally required variable speed…read moremotor. They are pricey at $1,267 but a three year old federal law will not let you replace a pool motor that goes bad with a $300 replacement motor. (Like me, I'll bet many pool owners are not aware of this.) I checked around and prices were the same with other pool companies. Those companies did not have valid contractor licenses with the state. For a price over $1,000, Arizona law requires that the work be performed by a licensed contractor. I went on www.azroc.gov which is for the Arizona Registrar of Contractors and through a search there found Always Clean. The installation was great and it took him a little over two hours including the training of how to use the computer system it has. You can spot a true professional by how accurately they can perform a repair or install task. Also, they can troubleshoot any existing problems with ease. Todd made it look easy. There is no way that I could have done it. When your kids or grandkids swim in a pool you want absolute safety. Hiring a licensed contractor is worth it.
