Unfortunately, the customer service is what brought my rating down. The prices are already on the expensive side, and I was genuinely surprised by how inflexible the staff was. I simply asked if they could exchange two dimes and a nickel for a quarter so I could use one of the machines. The employee told me she "wasn't supposed to do that." It was such a small request that would have cost the business nothing, yet it was handled as if I were asking for something unreasonable. Little acts of customer service go a long way, especially in a business where customers are already paying premium prices. While the clean facility and amenities are appreciated, the lack of basic courtesy left a disappointing impression. I hope management considers giving employees a little more flexibility to help customers with simple requests like this.

I saw people loading a whole baseball team worth of clothes & they just got swallowed right up. Dryers are huge too. No noise or broken machines when they are running. Now the price is high for this; starting at $7.50 for the washer & $3.25 for the dryer. I can't complain as I already spent $300 on a dryer, THIS WEEK. LOL. Attendant was cleaning the store the whole time & the Gator Ade Zero is a cheap as the water. Comfortable seats & clean restrooms. Even after I get my washer fixed, I'll probable be back. 5-stars

I rarely have to leave 1 reviews :/…read more So here goes! This is too crazy. Bullying and harassment because of what the employee did. The male owner came in was well aware of the situation and cared more about trying to prove me wrong VS ownership and accountability of what happened. I was adding my laundry in the the washer when this employee came over next to me and hit me in the knee with her arm then said "sorry" and started laughing like a hysterical hyena. She never asked if I was okay. I said... actually that's not okay and why are you laughing? I have a bad knee and.... She started screaming at the top of her lungs I said I was sorry. She was screaming so loud I had to bust out my video camera and she immediately stopped yelling. There was another employee that was changing shifts and she asked me what happened and this woman started screaming over me so I couldn't tell her -- I apologized was being screamed by the laughing lady. Well, assaulting (yes, that's the legal term if someone hits you - accidentally or not) as someone with a bad knee in their weak knee then laughing and screaming isn't... OKAY. I'm pretty sure it's illegal. I'm sitting here debating on calling the cops. I have to finish my laundry sadly but it maybe best to file a report. I'm shaking and she yells and laughs at people she just hit in the knee. It wasn't funny. I didn't call the cops because I didn't receive a major injury and I know it was unintentional uncaring about distance and comfort of customers. So, why waste the resources. Update owner came over to me with 10 mins to go on my wash and started freaking out about this review. Truth is truth but coming and freaking out on the person who left the review just shows the chain of command agrees with this poor behavior and added to the BS Update Owner again not wanting to take accountability for his employee came yelling at me again. Mind you this whole entire situation I was minding MY business and they kept messing with me.... Business owners was super pissed at this review. Well, good. He should be pissed at what his employee did to a customer but some peoples priorities are about looking good VS being good.
