Waters Septic installed a new septic system at my residence in May 2022. It failed by January 2023! Marion said it failed because we use too much water. Yet, our water usage has been the same since 6 months before we had the system installed. I have Southern Sanitary installing a new drainage field now. As it turns out, Waters didn't use any sand for the drainage. Funny because my contract says I paid for it. Please beware! This was a very costly mistake on my part. read more

I found Waters to be great to work with. The lady on the phone was pleasant and knew right where my neighborhood is, and the truck arrived right as scheduled. Willie was very personable and professional; he even went out of the way to discover that our tank is a double-lid baffled tank which required much more work on his part, including removing the giant plant that sat on the solids lid. Willie even checked the health of our drain field and showed me what to look for. He did not try to upsell any services! Backing the truck in is unavoidable as our house sits way back from the street and the driveway is long, and the truck did leave a little stain, but will soon be covered by stains from the oak tree. We will DEFINITELY use Waters again. read more

This company installed a new septic at my mother in laws house and left it worse than what it was. They won't even come back to check there work. I do not recommend this company to anyone. The septic they installed is less than 3mths old and in bad condition...... read more

If I could give this company a 1/2 star I would. They are a negative service company. The driver that drained my septic made a stain on my pavers and the owner of the company blamed my husband. She said he insisted the driver come on the property and she said it's against their policy to drive onto the driveway. The guy shouldn't have listened to my husband! The company never came to see the stain, they don't care. We had a problem yesterday when someone cut the wire to the septic and my daughter called and that woman did not offer any help. She said call an electrician! Bad bad company. They installed the septic system and they offer no service. They are a joke read more

I hired Waters Septic to pump and crush an abandoned septic tank at my property located in Sarasota. We agreed on a cost of $875. $400 charged to my Visa at the start of the job then another $475 at the completion. Waters Septic pulled necessary permits to perform the job and completed it. However, the issue is they caused a good amount of damage to my driveway by driving a 50,000 lb dump truck over the culvert crushing a section of the driveway above it. I asked Marian at Waters to repair the driveway but she refused. She only offered to NOT charge me the additional $475. I told her I couldn't agree to it because I had no idea at that time what the cost to fix it would be. She went of the deep end and started ranting that I was trying to soak her for a $10,000 driveway. I never even implied such a thing. I received two quotes to repair the driveway after we spoke and they were no where near $10,000. They were much less. To make matters worse (as of the time of this writing), they never submitted to the county the final paperwork indicating that the job was complete. Now I am stuck in a situation where the job is done, the permit has been pulled, but there is no evidence of it because Waters won't submit the final paperwork, I have a damaged driveway, and she apparently went into hiding. Not having the final paperwork submitted will only lead to more issues with the County. I tried to contact the company several times after receiving the quotes to repair the driveway to work this out but she will not pick up the phone or return my calls. She insisted that she "should have gotten a release" from me but that doesn't excuse stupidity. I would have never driven a truck that size over the driveway without suspecting that it would more than likely do damage. Driver probably assumed that they had a release and didn't think about it. I'm disappointed to say the least. I know things happen and no one is perfect but I only give kudos to businesses that actually back their work and fix their errors. Waters is NOT one of them unfortunately. read more

BEWARE.... We are in the process of hooking a house up to central sewer. We called Waters and had them come out and pump a septic tank prior to city hook up. We told Marian Waters to call prior to going to the house, so someone would be home. She called that night and said the tank had been pumped and that she had billed my credit card. Today ..We just meet , both a local reputable plumber and General contractor at the house. Both men agreed that there was no way the tank had been pumped recently...even considering the heavy rains. read more

Company told me that they would possibly come out on Thursday but I was definitely on the schedule for Friday. I waited around both days. They did not show or call to say they would not be here. Very unprofessional and not reliable. Call someone else. read more

Our septic tank backed up during the recent heavy rains. We called Waters and they showed up within the hour. Thanks to the young Waters' man we are back in service and received a great education on how a system works. We will call them in the future for all our septic needs. read more

Fantastic customer service. Had our washing machine causing a backup into our downstairs tub after a week-long stint of houseguests over-utilizing the laundry, dishwasher, and facilities. Asked for an online quote for pump/clean out and received a phone call within a few hours. Woman at the office very informative, straight price quote, and gave an update this morning on the time frame. Gentleman who showed was incredibly knowledgable, polite, and quick! They also do inspections during home purchases. Will definitely be using again. read more
