Now there are many stores shuttered. Selection is limited in this mall. They have your Macy's and JCP. They have Bath and Body Works and VS. These are your typical American stores. There was an interesting art store I looked at. The food court has Chick Fil a, Panda Express, Sbarro, etc. Employees were friendly overall. The value comes in the history for me. Parking was plentiful. I feel like the stores are pretty average priced for nowadays. The selection and variety could improve. They do probably have what you would need here.

Another nice area is where they sell freshly made "Dole whips". The stores are filled with mostly clothing. A lot of it is beachfront and easy, breezy clothing. There is one store with nicer dresses, purses and jewelry for the ladies. You can get an i expensive t-shirt or a pricey dress at Tin City. There are some nice souvenir stores as well. Employees were pretty laid back. They were not overly eager to make the sale. Parking is a little crowded depending what time of day you get there.

We have been here a good handful of times when in the area, & it's still fun to visit. Some shops loved were the dog shop, coffee shop, & the monkey bread spot. Service is good, I returned a pair of leggings and the process was fast and easy. The staff is friendly and helpful and the store is large enough to have a good selection of merchandise, from clothes, shoes, designer bags, cosmetics and accessories. The Mercato is a great place to shop, they have so many good stores and it's right off Tamiami Trail. Parking is not bad, depends on when you stop by. Sometimes there may be a wait to check out, but it's worth it to have the privilege to shop in person. In a lot of cities, good stores aren't nearly as available, another reason to be glad we live in Naples. .

I was so impressed by all the team members who seemed to be having the best time working. They were so friendly and helpful. Everyone from the fitting room attendant to the check out team were awesome. I bought a beautiful Vince Camino dress and some hand sanitizer spray.

Lots of people prefer to shop online, but you can't get the same service online as you can in a store. After buying an expensive fragrance, it's nice to see the clerk wrap it carefully, so you can get it home without breaking it. The one and only time I ordered a fragrance online, it was half empty due to a leak, by the time it was delivered. Macy is always a fun place to shop and even more so during the Holidays. They offer some amazing deals and their gift sets of fragrance and makeup are an annual treat. They have friendly sales staff and it's easy to spend time there, looking for something special to keep or give as a gift. The store is in a good location and parking is super easy. Wishing Macys the best in the New Year, the discounted shopping stores can't compare with Macys quality and value.
