It started with an order I placed for their wire harness. Order on October 22nd, I waited to get some kind of order confirmation or shipping information. Nothing arrived in my inbox, so I emailed them. Apparently the wire harnesses are supposedly "made in house" and would take several weeks.....for a wire harness. I have never put together an entire ebike harness before, but I have soldered and spliced electrical cables and it takes minutes. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and practiced patience. After about 2.5 weeks of no contact, I sent them another email. I did not get any response, so I emailed them to cancel my order. That's when I was emailed back the next day and was promised the item was almost finished and they were waiting on connectors to finish the job. It has been near 3 weeks with no wire harness and abysmal customer support/communication. But their social media is very active, however. Is this what one would pay $425 for? Purchase at your own risk. I have spoken to individuals across several platforms that have informed me that it would take them weeks to months to get anything from them.

Children's skis and boots have, in our experience, been in fair to excellent shape -- which can't be an easy standard to maintain given the demographic. Prices for non-sale items are not low. (Obermeyer jackets go for MSRP in November.) If you wait for their seasonal sales, though, you can find some excellent deals. It's true that there's often a wait during busy times of the year (i.e. weekends just before ski season). But staff hustle as much as possible, while still taking the time to do a good job and ensure a good fit. Great small business!

The shoe prices are in line with other shoes (locations) in their respective category. This was the first time I've been asked to remove my shoes and walk so he could see my arch. I felt comfortable with the sale, not pressured to buy. I was given 2 options that would work best for me and I chose the New Balance since I was familiar with the name. After asking around, the other option was a well-known name, just not by me lol. They also carry socks, gloves, shirts, and many accessories needed for running and other physical activities. Again it's low-key so it's easy to pass and I wouldn't have given this place a second look if I hadn't sought it out. The entrance and parking lot is in the back of the building. This place was recommended by a podiatrist so I just passed along the information. Gotta keep my feet fresh, healthy, and working properly for as long as possible!!!
