If you're looking for an outstanding office, stop your search, you've found it. Watertown Pediatric Dentistry is exactly the place every parent is looking for in a dentist. When you walk in you are greeted with a beautiful and clean office. There is a super cool train going around the whole perimeter of the office that my kids couldn't get enough of and a room on the side of the lobby for the kids to play in while you wait. Even the bathroom is equipped with a small toilet and sink for the littles, a total bonus for us! The entire staff was so absolutely friendly and kind. We have been to about 5 pediatric dentist in 3 different states and our hygienist Jill was simply exceptional. Her entire approach, the way she explained everything to my nervous 3 year old, made our visit easy and actually enjoyable! Jill is so patient, kind, gentle and caring. She is absolutely meant to work with kids. This visit was my daughters first time getting x-rays done and Jill comforted her the whole way through it. I mean truly, this office is so lucky to have her as part of their staff. She was also absolutely fantastic with my 10 month old who was certainly more wiggly but this proved to be no obstacle for Jill or her patience. Needless to say, we will be requesting Jill for all future appointments! Sarah was also extremely kind and caring when it came to my 10 month old getting a frenectomy. She explained everything in a simple to understand manner and took great care of my son. Because of both Jill and Sarah, I didn't have any second thoughts when it came time to hand my son over for the quick procedure. And that's coming from a mother who trust her children with very, very few people. The dentist Dr Andrew was also very sweet and came in cracking jokes. He was very complimentary of my children and their teeth and seems to be very kind and respectful to his staff which is always wonderful to see. Overall, this office is absolutely fantastic. We've been going here for a couple years now and my children absolutely LOVE all the staff, the office and the welcoming train theme. They're accommodating when it comes to rescheduling appointments due to sickness or snow days. I love that you can text them to reschedule instead of sitting on the phone on hold like other dentist offices. My kids really love this place. They have discovered the tiny toilet and tiny sink made for toddlers in the family bathroom. My potty training toddler took initiative to use the tiny potty which was a big surprise for us! Their favorite part is the reward station after the appointment. they each get a token and get to choose from the many different toys in the machines. This office goes above and beyond to meet each child's needs and wants and sensitivities. My one child doesn't like a certain tool they use and the dental assistant made her feel comfortable and used a regular toothbrush instead without thinking twice. Dr. Andrew and his team have been wonderful throughout our time in upstate NY. We have seen a couple of different hygienists over the years and they have all been great. Each visit they take their time to answer any questions, and always make my little one feel at ease. Watertown Pediatric Dentistry is a model pediatric practice, with a train overhead that runs throughout the office and helps with the (always very brief) time in the waiting room. The exam chairs have TV options for child's entertainment if they want it for helping with sitting still during exams. They have always been very supportive of our requests (no fluoride, etc) and do a thorough job with cleanings. I cannot recommend this office enough; they are all professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and respectful of parental preferences. This has been our favorite dental practice by far in all our moves as a military family. read more

We love Dr. Beuttenmuller and his staff at Watertown Pediatric Dentistry. I have 3 kids and they always accommodate/coordinate their appointments so that I don't have to take multiple days off to take each child to the dentist. Today we went and they took COVID precautions such as taking our temp at the door before we went in. They saw all 3 kids at the same time by assigning each to their own hygienist. We were concerned that our oldest needed braces. Dr. B went through the tests but then said she didn't need them. I was so impressed that he didn't push the braces to make money off us but instead said she had beautiful teeth and no one would ever notice her slight overbite. So refreshing in today's age where braces are fashionable and every kid is getting them. Thank you, Dr. B and staff!!! read more

This place went above and beyond my expectations! The staff was great with my 4 girls they got us in next day and even got their fillings done on the same visit! I did not know what to expect since we are new to the area but good friends of mine recommended us and I'm glad they did. I will continue to recommend this place to other new military families. Everyone was very sweet, professional, informative and knew how to talk to my girls to keep them calm during the visit. Watertown Pediatric Dentistry, Dr. Andrew Beuttenmuler, and his staff are amazing with our five your old son, Lucas. Lucas had a horrible experience at an office in Syracuse, NY that left him terrified of having a dental exam. The staff at Watertown have eased Lucas's anxiety and it seems to be getting better with each visit. Dr. Beuttenuler's care and support have helped us get Lucas's dental health back on track. Lucas is beginning to feel more at ease with each visit to the dentist and we are hopeful that he will out-grow his fear of "the dentist" while under the care of Watertown Pediatric Dentistry. read more

I had an absolutely incredible experience at this office. As soon as you walk into the doors you are greeted with an awesome environment with a train that my 4 year old son was quick to notice. The staff were amazing as well. The hygienist was so good with my son and eased his nerves, they were even able to fit my 1 year old in and did her as well, no questions asked! Amazing dentist practice! My kids (5 & 18 mo. twins) love it! The staff are great with kids and Dr. Andrew is approachable & very encouraging to both kids & parents. The administrative staff is also great - you receive a text a couple weeks in advance of your appointment with a link to fill/sign any due-out forms. I would highly recommend! They are so great with kids. After my daughter had to be put to sleep for her cavities and crown, dr. Andrew was patient and umderstanding. My kids have been going here for 8 years. My daughter had dental surgery when she was almost 3 and the staff was absolutely wonderful with her. My kids ASK me all the time when their next cleaning appointment is because they love going there! Office is always clean and the staff is always friendly and professional. The staff goes above and beyond to make sure the kids are comfortable and they explain everything they are doing. If any type of payment is due they explain throughly. For new patients there is usually quite the wait but definitely worth it. read more
