The staff is very caring. Customer service is excellent. The best shots I have ever received from a dental office.

WoW all can say is WoW Did A Bang up Job Been 20 Hours and still No Pain! Had a list of six-eight…read moreGuess I picked a good one. Got their Late, Handled Paper work finished about 11am had the Interview with Dentist told me what was needed I agreed asked if he could do that day They cheeked and decide if I waited and Hour yes they could I did not have to make another Appointment as I Lived in Oneonta, NY. done as of 2PM, Drove Home ate some Lunch Small Supper at 5PM, Bed at 10PM Took Tylenol Before Bed and again after I Woke up at 6AM, Still No Pain in that Area. the office was clean and well organized!

Here's the email I sent them. I emailed you for my records. Are you ignoring my request?…read more At no point before or during the appointment was I informed that the tooth would require a core buildup and a separate crown costing over $1,300 to complete the treatment. I was told I "needed a root canal," and I agreed under the assumption that the procedure would restore the tooth. I was not told that the tooth would be left structurally weakened and incomplete without an additional procedure at a separate cost. I was informed that the existing crown on the adjacent tooth was at risk of being dislodged during the root canal. That resulted in another $1,313 expense. The entire picture should have been communicated upfront, before I was in the chair, and before I was committed to the procedure. This omission mattered. It affected both my financial planning and my ability to make an informed decision. It also created a situation where the burden of cost and stress did not become clear until it was too late to choose differently. I am not asking for anything. I am stating the impact. They do not feel responsible for their work if they cause damage.

This is the WORST! WORST! DENTIST!!! I have ever been to in…read moremy entire life!!!! From all the Dentists I've been too all in Florida and this place is a nightmare! I had gave this place several chances and all the times were the worst the staff had no idea what they were doing kept dropping things on the floor.. but the Dentist Aeklavya Panjali was beyond rough with my mouth and continued to hit his utensils on my top teeth, he has no bedside manners, or knows how to treat you professionally and respectfully! I've never been treated so rudely from a Doctor! I highly recommend to do your research and go anywhere but here. I will NEVER be coming back here! Spreading my experience telling everyone I know to never have him practice on you. Not TO ME TIOM THIS DENTIST OFFICE IS A SCAM THEY STEAL FROM YOU!!!!!!!! THEY CHARGE YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY FOR WORK THEY DIDN'T DO! And his Wife is the Manager of the facility so whenever I need to make a complaint or need a copy of my Xrays, they refuse to do so and say they are "very busy and hang up!" *The tooth pictured is the one that is giving me so much pain after the crown has been placed can't even eat on the crown'ed tooth . As YOU CAN SEE THERE IS Mercury in my tooth now because of him! I PAID FOR PORCELAIN CROWN! And I got this cheap silver piece that's making my gum line show now! Don't make the same mistake I did. I'm the process of trying to shut his practice down!!!!!

It was over a two-year Nightmare!…read more From 2019 and just Today! Yes today January 19th, 2022 thank God I can finally smile again after so stressful, painful, long, and very expensive process that Dr.Panjali left me in. I was an employee here and a patient but I am not rating this place as an employee but as a patient. I will try to make the story short but I can go for an entire year telling how this place gives me NIGHTMARES! I continue to have nightmares where I see Dr.Panjali and it is horrible. From just one veneer it ends up with four veneers/crowns, cracked tooth then failed implant (twice failed implant) and this was verified by two Doctors! I used to go to another dental clinic for the usual routine dental check-up, but since I was an employee in Sunshine Dental the previous manager asked me why not get the veneer/crown there and I'll get a good discount, I was new in the clinic and dental field so I didn't know any better, so I decided sure why not I wanna save money. (Worst decision I've ever made!) They convinced me instead of just getting one veneer why not get four crowns/veneers it will look more aesthetic (who doesn't want that) since I was a kid I didn't have that much confidence when smiling. So I made the appointment. After the procedure was completed, I noticed immediately the veneers and crowns of the shades are off, till now I remember, I describe them like the On and Off Christmas lights! Every other tooth was like white, gray, white, gray so I told Dr.Panjali my concern and he advised I sleep on it, and if you think they still look like that we will fix them. About more or less two weeks I have been asking my husband, mom, neighbors, and friends what do they think and they all agreed the colors didn't match and it was obvious. Dr.Panjali confirmed that too so we both decided to go ahead and redo the ones that are off, but in the process, he became frustrated, pulling harder resulting in cracking my tooth down to the root! ( I remember he was very rough like usual!) I was so devastated I couldn't believe it and mind you this is my front tooth that he cracked in two, I wouldn't care if it's in the back, I asked if a root canal will work or anything, but unfortunately, the only option is just to get an implant. He said no worries since He look at me like his younger sister he offered me a free implant (didn't want it at all because I've seen the process, it's very invasive and long) but that's the best option for me at that time. So I went ahead and did it, the implant was in, and with the follow-ups, he noticed that the bone is not growing around the implant, so he decided to take out the implant, do a bone graft, heal and reattempt the implant, so we did that. This time he was able to put on the implant crown did a temporary cement then come back, at that time I can already tell the crown is moving and its a bit painful every time I eat, but I thought it was normal since it's only a temporary cement, but when I came back to the next visit I told him that, and he looks very concerned and said the crown shouldn't be moving even though its a temporary cement, so he did X-rays again check the implant and said he doesn't understand. There's even a visit I brought my husband to make sure what was going on but on that visit he never say it's a failed implant! He even showed X-rays to my husband, even said it's probably hereditary (poor genes), that probably I'm low in vitamin D and C, even asked me to get my vitamin D and C checked. (Primary care MD confirmed normal lab levels) but still went ahead took a high dosage of Vit.D to help out. But with that last visit, my husband and I decided to go ahead and find another implant specialist and never come back to him. I struggled for more than two years, by that time everyone is wearing face masks so it helped me hide my faulty smile! My new provider assessed there was so much scar tissue and diminished bone, and gum tissue. But after the first attempt, the new provider got it right and fixed my teeth. Yes, I can literary smile now and I can move on.
