Avoid this place at all costs, especially if you're considering one of their premium packages. I paid $58 for "The Whole Shebang" plus a couple of add-ons, expecting a thorough full-service cleaning. Instead, my car was called "finished" less than 20 minutes after I arrived, which immediately seemed suspicious given how busy they were. After leaving, I quickly noticed the interior had not been properly cleaned. There was still dust on the dash, pet hair on the backseat doors, liquid left in the cup holder, water pooled on the floor mat, and several areas that looked like they hadn't been touched at all. To make matters worse, one of my floor mats was completely missing which was the only reason I went back, otherwise I would've just finished the cleaning at home myself never to return. I got back to the car wash and pointed out the issues. The manager found my missing mat and initially told me I was good to go until I showed him the obvious areas that had been missed, including dog hair and dried drool still on the doors, windows, and interior panels. He had the car reworked and told me it was "much better, thanks for coming back." Unfortunately, when I got home and inspected the vehicle again, many of the same issues were still there--including the exact areas I had specifically pointed out. The photos are only from the left side of the car and after they had "fixed" the issues. Mistakes happen, but when you're charging nearly $60 for your highest-level service, customers shouldn't have to inspect the work, return to the business, and still end up with a partially cleaned car. Wow, what a waste of money! Full works - $63 including tip. The kids are nice and they were very proud of how shiny they were able to make my wheels. But other than that, they did nothing that I could not have done myself. I really thought they would do a better job on the inside of the car. I'm so so so disappointed. I have had a membership for 15+ years. They broke two pieces in my car, a storage compartment handle under both seats! The customer service approach was horrible and they did not want to offer any accountability or at least a small compensation. I had to go and get it completely replaced at Mercedez and it cost me over $1,000 to order the parts and service. Don't come here unless you'd like a shattered mirror housing unit. My mirror no longer moves and the exterior is shattered after being damaged by the staff. What makes all of this worse? Tried to up sell me on a $50 wash saying you buy one get one free (but when asked for more details was told free wash is only a rewash if it gets dirty again in next few days). I took my Tesla Model Y into the Waterway Car wash on Cherry Creek North at Colorado Blvd and when my car was finished, I found grease stains on the white leather seats. I brought them to the attention of the supervisor, he asked the worker about them and of course he said they were already there. They weren't. The previous time I was there the attendant at the entrance drove it into the wash fast and ran it into the guide bars so fast that it broke a chunk off of one of the wheel covers. When the car was done I found the broken cover and filed a claim with them, that was over a week ago and I've heard nothing. I've been a member there for years and previously really thought that they were doing great work and being careful with my car. That is clearly no longer the case. I complained about scratches that appeared after my last visit. He denied it happened there. My question is why would I go elsewhere when I spend $80.00 a month there? And to me the scratches come from either their towels or inside their washing mechanism. Was I inside their mechanism? No. Was I standing next to them while drying? No. I don't go driving in the mountains where trees would brush against it and I take real good care of my car ask Honda. I can't understand why their Yelp rating's two stars. I've had my car washed here about 20 times. They have a full service wash called "The Whole Thing" for $38. They wash the car inside and out. 2-4 kids scrubbing away with white terry cloth towels. They whisk the floor mats away to be washed in the car wash. They go over everything 2-3 times. This isn't a $200 detail, but it's as close as you're going to get, and it's 1/5 the price! It takes about 30 minutes most days. Friendly and conscientious personnel. Your car won't be perfect, but it will be very nice. Well worth the $38, because it would take us around 2 hours to replicate the service at home. read more

Take a look at the $45.00 ($38.00 + tip) car wash I got today at Waterway. Unfortunately, I didn't stop to look closely until I had left or else I would have asked them to wash it again. A few years ago, they had someone who would check each car before they called the vehicle's owner over but apparently that's no longer a thing. When I got home, I got out rags, soapy water, Windex and finished the job myself. I get that they're busy but who in their right mind thinks this is acceptable work? Spent a total of 46$ for the "whole thing", just to come Home and spend an hour vacuuming and cleaning it myself. They charge an additional 6$ to clean your mats. Except they don't "clean them". I've been a member for multiple years with multiple cars and it's only gotten worse. They generally have one person drying vehicles that aren't getting detailed and the poor person is responsible for 5-6 cars while others just stand around. It takes so long the car has spots from the water drying on its own. ***don't bother paying for an interior detail, they didn't even wipe the screens or cup holders out*** Pay attention: Scratches from dirt on their towels Rim / Tire scuffs - they don't line your car up well (had to replace my tire and cost me 3 additional tires one time) Their "soft cloth" wash pads that ripped my front right bumper off. Went here on a random Wednesday night around 6:30pm (rush hour) for an express clean. I expected there to be some kind of wait (like at ProWash Car Wash on Colfax. I literally waited for 45 minutes) - no wait whatsoever! I was in and out in about 7 minutes. Staff were very nice in assisting me, since I had no idea what their process was. I came back an hour later and asked them to do the back. They told me I would need to stand there and wait 10 minutes just to take to a manager. I've been a "member" for 3 years and I think it is worth the money? What I am finally realizing that my guilt drives me to tip every car wash. Funnily enough that adds up when you wash 1 or 2 times a week. Complaining/Communicating about their inability to actually care about your car when drying and or getting it clean is worthless. I think my solution is to no longer tip. I am committed to not feeling guilty any longer and will no longer tip because a tip represents giving extra for good service.
