Luckily he listened, and I still treasure the pieces he got me from RP Diamonds & Gold Imports over the years. In the years that followed, RP Diamonds & Gold Imports has helped me with several custom jewelry pieces: Kham was my point person for those projects, and created beautiful, unique pieces that exceeded in design, execution and precision the ideas that I had described. I have a cast pendant that he made based on a sketch I prepared, a delicate solitaire diamond pendant as well as two diamond rings that he made from stud earrings I no longer used, and countless repair and modification projects that I requested. Since then I've had a set of earrings set lower so the prongs were more securely wrapped around the stones, and the prongs on my engagement ring tightened. I've been really happy with all of the repair work I've had done here! We also had our wedding bands made here last summer. The fit for both is great and the price seemed fair for the metals we got. I will definitely return here whenever I need more jewelry repaired or made.

He also quoted me $175, which was significantly cheaper than another jeweler I had visited earlier that day. About a week later, I came to pick up my ring, and it fit perfectly. The shape wasn't affected either. In addition to the high quality of the craftsmanship, I also really appreciated how hospitable Vartan and the rest of the associates were. I'm trying to give you the benefit of doubt so I'm not posting this. Today I had the ring tested again. The findings are even more upsetting. My receipt clearly states the the ring I bought is 18k. However after testing today the ring is 10k with a coating over it to make it brighter. Your "co owner " accused me of replacing the stones which is ridiculous, but how do you explain the gold content? I can't switch this out. I'm not trying to hurt your business but I do want what I agreed to pay for. I'm again asking, based on my findings, for a refund.
