They have a prayer book in the corner. The waiting area and bathroom is clean. They offer you coffee while you're waiting. And they got the good creamers! Not the nasty powder stuff. The bathroom has a little basket with items to refresh yourself. Honestly was the best auto shop lounge area I've ever been in. I appreciate Bryan and Richard for taking care of my vehicle needs. I dropped my vehicle off while I was going out of town. When I returned, the car was not ready yet, as I had hoped to get it straight from the airport. I was thankful that they sent an Uber to take me back to the shop when the car was ready because I do not live close. It was only convenient to drop it there because it's not too far from IAH. Richard noticed something didn't sound right as I was about to leave and made sure it was fixed before I drove off.

I checked and saw the nearest tire repair place had good reviews. I drove to FRJ, they were busy with three vehicles being worked on in the three service bays. Flocko met me, examined the tire and called one of his mechanics over. They jacked the vehicle up, repaired the tire and then tested the repair for leaks. I was "good to go". I was very impressed that Flocko realized that I could not drive the vehicle very far with the damaged tire, and he immediately assigned someone to repair it. The price was reasonable. And the mishaps were not because of anything that they did just something that happens but they went above and beyond anything I ever could have expected.To be honest whenever I pull my transmission out of my SUV I'm taking that transmission to them as well. I would refer them to anybody. And me being a mechanic I don't let anybody work on my car. I don't do transmission work and choose then to work on my car, Ave would do it 10 out of 10 times. Day 4 came around and we told them to stop giving us the run around and tell us if they've actually gotten around to look at the vehicle (Probably not). They told us they'd call within the hour. Surprisingly, they did and told us it was something completely unrelated to the initial diagnosis. They are very good at keeping your car hostage and charging you an exorbitant amount for simple maintenance. We're not from the area and they can smell it here.
