They are very unprofessional, no showed two days in a row... well actually the second day (husband taking off work based on their word) they came close to their scheduled time but with NO equipment at 1:30 and said they didn't think they would have enough time to pull the old pump before dark??? Wanted to know if they could go get the equipment from the shop and leave it in our yard until Monday?? Then left and we never heard from them again. Called the office AGAIN, to cancel this time. Each time dealing with the "secretary" she seemed very unorganized, confused, could not remember what she told who. One time, after speaking to my husband a few times, called his number to "make sure she had his number"??? After 2 no shows, we called to speak to a "manager" and she just kept saying he wasn't there. Can he just return our call??? Still have not heard back from them. Very unprofessional, disorganized and I surely don't want them operating any equipment near our home after all of this. Will only go with referrals from now on ....

She had a team out first thing that morning. Brian and Willie are incredible! Their diligence at removing a stuck pump was impressive and their 30+ years of experience shows. If they had failed, I would have needed a new well, costing my business money, time and lost revenue. I can't thank the entire team at Patuxent Pump and Well for the absolute BEST quality, professionalism and service. If you need ANYTHING done, call them. They will call you back. They will do their best for you, too.

It was ridiculous…read more The guy emphasized that we use a higher horse power water pump (commercial use) and that it will cost double the regular residential use ones. He even showed me the bills he charged others. It is a such a big mistake that we did not do much research on water pumps and plumbers. They initially showed up on Friday morning (and we paid half of the amount that day) and came back on Saturday and told us they would need a crane to pull the old pipes & pump up. They didn't show up on Sunday. On Monday, they pulled the old pump up and put the "new" defective pump in. Of course the water pump didn't work. They were not sure why it didn't work. On Tuesday, they pulled the pump up again and argued among themselves about the cause of problem. On Wednesday, they brought a new pump and finally finished installing it. It took us 6 days to have the new water pump. It was not pleasant to live without water for that long. Still, we paid 6500 bucks, 2-3 times of what people usually pay. Just so you know, the pump itself cost less than $1.5k. The price for the commercial use pump is only slightly expensive than the regular residential use one. Just look for the honest company and stay away from these guys.

Tim Bronner and Bronner Well Pump Services were referred to me by a trusted local plumber. Our…read morewater pressure had dropped to zilch and we discovered that the well was suddenly producing enough silt and sediment to clog our whole home filter within hours of putting a new filter in place. Tim came out on a Saturday morning - showed up exactly when he said he would be there - and within minutes had successfully diagnosed the problem. Staring down a 50 foot well, you could see that something was clearly wrong with the pump - it was churning the well with such severity it looked like a large boiling cauldron. Tim pulled the pump up and showed me where the failure occurred (a split in the line at the top of the pump). Tim showed me the plate on the old well pump (one in continual service for 26 years!) and recommended a replacement. In less than 2 hours from when Bronner Well Pump Services showed up, we were back up and running with a brand new pump. Thank you Tim! Rarely do you find a vendor who is as fast, friendly, and willing to explain the whole process to you - answering every question thoroughly and with a smile. If you have a well problem - Bronner Well Pump Services should be your first call. They don't drill new wells - but they're fantastic in the realm of keeping your existing well working "well".
