As a business owner myself, I completely understand that renovating and updating an entire property is a big financial decision. That said, it does feel like the rooms are reaching the point where a refresh would really elevate the experience. I imagine that will happen eventually. One of the highlights of the stay was the restaurant, which is just steps away from the rooms. We ate there multiple times and every single thing we ordered was really good. The quality of the food was consistently excellent and the servers were kind and attentive. They also had live music on Friday night, and the woman performing when we were there was incredibly talented and made the evening even more enjoyable. They kept calling us on the day of arrival and again on the day we were leaving, which felt a bit excessive. I did appreciate the complimentary toothbrush and razor, though that was a nice touch. The kitchen amenities and sink area were also very nice and convenient. The biggest drawback was the smoke alarm beeping in the middle of the night. It really disrupted our sleep. I understand maintenance may have needed to come in, but I wasn't comfortable with someone entering while we were out or disturbing our privacy while we were inside I'm a bit particular about that when my belongings are in the room. Overall, the views were the highlight, but due to the outdated features, staff experience, and the alarm issue, our stay fell short of expectations.

The location is too far outside the town of Chelan which makes it a long unpleasant walk in the heat. I would still recommend this hotel, ideally not during such a busy weekend.

So first there are shuttles that will take you to the beach, there is also a private marina where you have access to rent jet skis, boats and there is a small almost wading pool for young kids where rocks separate it from the deeper part of the lake. They also provide a trampoline in the water, seating lounge chairs with umbrellas to provide shade. Inside the homes they provide beach towels, pantry has seasonings, appliances like coffee makers with tea and coffee, food storage bags and a variety of cookware. It felt just like being at home because they only thing we needed to buy was food and they also provided a grill and hot tub. It can be a little pricey but we split among 2 families to reduce the cost. Oh also there was a wagon which allowed us to bring everything to the beach and my daughter which also fits in the buggy to shuttle. And how dare I forget to mention. The POUR HOUSE had soo much outdoor seating in the front and in the back.
