Not only did they help diagnose and resolve the problem, they also went the extra mile by reworking my wiring and adding additional outlets so I could properly run my TVs. This is honestly one of the best electrical teams I've ever experienced. I want to give a special shoutout to the technicians Allen, Justin, and Jared. Each of these gentlemen were fantastic. They started with a virtual inspection which saved me time and money. Once the inspection was completed they gave me a free quote. Not long after receiving the quote they sent an electrician to my home to install the charger. I will use them again and am thinking of getting battery backup system which they conveniently sell on their website. I will consider them for future electrical work.

Copper Doctors is unresponsive to both calls, text messages. He ghosted me after collecting $500 and abandoned the project mid-way. He did not pick my calls or respond to my messages for more than 3wks up til I provided this review. I gave him all benefits of doubt for good three weeks before writing this review. So what he did was to ask $125 to come and check and provide estimates. We negotiated and he was to collect $900 minus the $125. That day, he did some pipe running and asked for some advanced. I gave him $200. He came back the next weekend and did a small work and get $175 and there off he ghosted me. All throughout, he was very unresponsive to calls, or text messages to the extent I did not get the complete materials we needed because he was unavailable. Overall, I regret engaging him. I ended up paying $500 for a small part of the work that I would typically pay at most $200. I wonder what excuse he will provide for not calling, responding back or even trying to come and complete the work for more than 3wks if not that it was done intentionally.

The work was okay. The customer experience was horrible. I would not use again or recommend. I was…read morescheduled for 9 am and the tech shows up at 10:30. He said he had to get gas and someone stopped to talk to him. Spends an hour working (going back to truck for various tools, hardware store for equipment, and 20 minutes pitching me on generators) all said and done, they leave before noon and charge me their hourly rate from 9-12. So I paid for them to get gas, forget tools, not have adequate material on hand, and pitch me on products I didn't ask for. The office was "nice" enough to knock 30 minutes off since they provide 0 heads up that they charge you to drive/get gas/socialize in the parking lot. Their Ts&Cs claim invoices are due in 10 days after job completion. However, they will shake you down and threaten collections on day 2. I had even told them I would take care of it as soon as I was back in town due to last minute business travel. Received harassing messages and voicemails the next day. I would avoid this company at all costs.
