At around 5pm we received a call asking to change our appointment, so I spent my day off waiting the entire day at home waiting for someone to show up. We had to change our appointment. When they came to our appointment, a few days later, we were quoted $450 to unclog our drain and tried to sell a few things to us that were not necessary. We ended up unclogging the drain for free by ourselves (seems to be a very common problem with a very simple fix if you have a shop vac). The prices of this company seem to be very extreme and not worth the money. Very disappointed. Will be using a smaller company in the future when having problems with our HVAC.
