They said he kept sitting and fell twice. He is a big dog and has joint issues. He also gets scared on smooth surfaces to walk across. So there are no challenges with other dogs and all are perfect when they come in. She was only doing furmanator and nails. They said we can't come back anymore and we said not coming in store and she said fine. I have taken cavalier there and I shop in store all the time but not anymore. They were rude and never addressed problems at the get go before the groom. Also my fiance seen them drag a dog across the floor. I think they need to be trained to deal with certain circumstances and care for the well being of a senior animal. They could have put him on a bigger rug and worked on him while sitting. A 1 star was too much. They just were like we can't deal with him so we won't finish him. No charge but we were more than willing to pay. This twice before going there.

He loves plush toys (he's missing most of his teeth) that have a larger plush component and then inside there are smaller plush's they can pull out. I purchased this "premium" one that had 3 birds in a "birdhouse" (or a grass hut?) for him. The next day I gave it to him and within minutes I noticed a plastic piece on the ground and saw that the bird he had in his mouth had a hole in it. I immediately sent a message to WITB because I couldn't believe I spent $25 on a toy there and plastic was coming out. Today I got a message back from someone there. I was really ticked by the message (included). It came across as a "too bad, so sad" reply. How am I supposed to know what your policy is? I've been there one time. It could've been worded much differently even without a refund. It left a bad taste in my mouth and I won't be back.

They carry a wide variety of pet foods, but there weren't many toys for cats to choose from. I was hoping to find something like one of those coiled tunnels that cats love to run through. Instead, there was just a small display of catnip, balls, and a few fishing pole style toys with soft items on strings. It was a little disappointing for a first visit. I did end up buying a couple of small items and some cat treats. You can never have enough of those. The employee who checked me out was friendly.

They have a lot to choose from. I don't know if they carry every type of cat food, but the selection was far more extensive than I expected. On this visit, though, I was mostly interested in toys. I found exactly what I was looking for. In fact, they had four different versions of tunnels for Stu to crawl through. I ended up buying one with a very unique design. The staff is helpful and friendly, plus they are very nice to my quiet and well-behaved pups as they sit in the cart with me while I shop if they are with me. I enjoy shopping at this location. It is clean, well-stocked, easy to navigate, and I often find great deals. They also have rewards programs on certain styles of food and such. I typically order online for pick up when something is needed in a pinch. The process is a breeze and the staff is always very communicative if something I selected has sold out (only a handful of times over the years where online inventory during a peek sale hasn't caught up to in person purchases so not bad, IMO). I don't like the cardboard scratch pads that have taken over because I feel the longevity might not be good and the mess it could make on the floor. The store it self had an empty parking lot for a Sunday afternoon which I thought was strange but I went in to find a mostly empty store where the employees out numbered the customers. The store is nothing like the West Allis location because it's small with noticeable less live pets and a smaller foort print but I found what I needed. The food brand selection for my brand yield only two options in the big bag and not what I wanted but something I wanted try so I'm not complaining yet but if I did want the what I'm using it's not here. I can't find a rope scratch pad and only the cardboard versions and one with carpet, I went with the carpet version. I felt that the food selection was smaller than than the other two big chains with one just down the road so I probably will not back because of the limited selection, I want the 15 pound bag of food because I'm keeping my buddy and I don't want to buy small bags and make several more trips than I need to.
