Everything was installed as he said it would be, and he made sure we understand how to work everything. His prices were also incredibly reasonable. Over the years, he has been available for phone calls when we've had little hiccups. Always friendly and happy to help make sure things are running smoothly. Recently, our remote started glitching. When he brought the replacement out, it still wouldn't work. He had the company to credit us for the broken remote and got us a great price on an upgraded remote. He then came back out AGAIN to get that set up. He could easily be charging us for all this extra work, but he isn't. When we offered to pay him for coming out and making sure the remote was set up correctly, he refused payment and said "I just want to make sure you have a working system." Later that evening when the Thursday night football game came up on Prime the system froze up. Since I had Anthony's mobile number, I called him between 6or 7PM. He didn't answer so I left a voice message. Within 10 minutes he called me back and instructed me how to reset the remote and I was able to watch the rest of the game. Most employees turn off their phones after 5 and don't want to help or be bothered by customers after hours. Not the case with Anthony because he cared and represented his company as if it was his own. That kind of service is rare in today's world! I would highly recommend Home AV TV to anyone.
