Is there a minus star please allow. Worst service I have received. Also over the phone you can't ask for clarifications or dare to repeat back to confirm understanding from both sides. Absolutely no respect for customers even in person taking no consideration for weather you can hear them talk about you. Look for other locations or other company if they don't care to check on customer survey feedback majority of nurses are great but who ever answers quesitos on front desk really bad I had several people same service. Also the nurse taking me back didn't wear a mask and didn't provide any mask with no wires for MRI I Find that a bad practice. Don't go to this place Waiting weeks to get a special MRI for my daughter ( with contrast) show up on time, when it turned out that they actually can not do that, waiting an hour ( she missed school for nothing), they scheduled me to another location the next day, confirming that appointment somewhere else ( wave also) and then couple hours later that place just call me and canceled it here we are with nothing, thank you wave imaging!! read more

Worst customer service and scheduling. Was cancelled on twice for a stat ct scan, the second time I arrived at their office and that's when they cancelled my appointment, while standing there at my appointment time. Office staff could have cared less, no call, no message, just oops, sorry. Don't go there, they are the worst. read more

They called me Saturday morning to tell me that my urgent appointment was cancelled. I have now no recourse or way to find a new provider until next week. The caller had much attitude and sighed several times when I protested and asked for them to find me a new appointment on Monday. BE CAREFUL!! You guys wasted my time!!! I was scheduled for an ultrasound imaging and at the very last minute (after waiting for a line to check-in, going through the process of checking in (forms, insurance card info, collecting all my personal information) you guys could not print the imaging form for me to give to the technician. So you had me wait some more. And after waiting for more, you called my name to tell me, "I have a bad news for you. Our technician is not certified." Really?!??? I went through all of that, driving all the way to you guys, just to be denied service last minute because you don't have a technician that's certified to do the job? I will make sure that all social media platforms get this review and escalate this to your highest people!!! Shame on you guys making people with foot pain wait it out and suffer longer!!! read more

The actual x-ray or CAT or MRI techs are wonderful. Getting through the ordeal of having to make an appointment for a CAT or MRI was painful with the repetitive questions. There was one person at a call centerwho was assigning appt. times and I couldn't understand a word he was saying. read more

Visited this office on May 23rd for knee X-rays. Called my doctor on Thursday after I hadn't heard back from them only to find out they didn't get the X-rays back. I've left 3 messages and my doctors office has also left messages. Was never able to actually speak with a person. Went on wave imaging's website trying to follow up and that doesn't work either. Not only have they not provided the X-rays I asked for a receipt for my co pay at the time of the visit and their printer wasn't working. I provided my email so they could send a receipt. Nothing there either. A week and I've got nothing. What kind of company is this. One I won't be going back to! read more

If you're referred to this wannabe provider by your doctor, find a different provider. It's really simple. They offer services they can't even provide and then you'll make plans just to find out they could never have accommodated in the first place THE NIGHT BEFORE! The whole experience was terrible I went for a CT scan and the tech couldn't find my vein so I couldn't get the iv contrast and was sent to my surgeon to possible have to go to a hospital first a ultrasound guided ct which is a giant hassle . I was told I couldn't have the co treat you swallow because they didn't want to blur my mass but I got the feeling they just ran out of it . I won't send my worst enemy there . AVOID read more

My doctor ordered an MRI for an acute injury. I scheduled 7 days out through wave. They inputted my insurance incorrectly. I did the online forms, showed up for my 6:10 am show time, and had them say they actually inputted my stuff incorrectly so I would have to wait another 5 days. I can't think of any reason Wave is a business other to collect insurance, because they sure aren't a business to help patients. I highly recommend going somewhere else, and based on the reviews, I should have asked for somewhere better from my doctor. What a waste of time. read more

The women at the front office were really rude. They are super slow they don't help anybody. I sit there for 45 minutes and tried to get MRI scheduled. The one girl was helping me and then she stopped and then she went to lunch and then I waited there there for another 15 minutes. They act like they're going out of their way to help you. Front desk and technician were rude and condescending. Technician informed me she did not understand the orders from the Doctor's office. I asked why did she not contact them ahead of time before we arrived. She said it was not her job. I asked who's job was it? Neither of them had an answer so I had to go upstairs to clarify the paperwork myself. We were late for the appointment 11 mins I apologized and said my father has liver cancer, he just had radiation so he is moving very slow. The tech's response was "next time arrive on time." Wow mind blowing the lack of empathy. She then asked my dad directly "can you walk?" Implying what exactly?!?! read more

I just went to 4 different wave imaging offices today for an X-ray of my kidneys. The website said no reservation was needed. I called (no one answered) left a message and got no response, so I drove over. 1st location said "we aren't doing those at all this month and find another location ( no help, just "find another location ") . I called the next wave imaging location, no one answered, left a message requesting callback, to make sure they could help( no response). Arrived to be told they don't do those at that location. I asked why nobody answers the phone. She said she always does. I asked if she could check the messages, to make sure it was recorded, and only then admitted that the messages went to a message center, and doesn't answer all calls. She sent me further away to the next office( said they are open and able to do the X-ray. When I arrived , they said I needed an appointment. Thank God the people at the Laguna Hills location care enough for there patients to help and get me in for the study. While waiting another patient, who overheard my conversation, said wave imaging has always been very difficult for both patients and other health care professionals. Maybe they need to make some changes in their management! read more

This location does not have X-ray capabilities, and does not bother to inform patients until they come in sick or in pain, only to be greeted by a sign that says: No X-rays until further notice. I called before going today, and the automated message says, X-rays are handled on walk-in basis. So we walked in and were greeted by a sign that says this supposed imaging center DOESN'T DO X-RAYS. Another reviewer warned people about this back in March (8 months ago) so this tells me its a poorly run operation experiencing long-term problems. Worst of all, they can't even be bothered to change their voicemail to tell people they are sorry but they don't have X-ray capabilities, and where to go instead. read more

Shout out to Crystal at the front desk. Crystal went well above her job description. I had a great doctor ,however , incompetent staff. My tests were not correct . It took days that lead to weeks of Crystal trying to communicate with doctor's office to correct the order as well as updating me. She was kind, caring and compassionate. I'm not sure why there are negative reviews for this location, (San Clemente). My experience was easy and great! I got in quickly due to some abdominal pain I was having. Making the appointment was seamless thru the RadNet main number. If you are flexible enough to consider different locations, this call center looks at all the locations near your area & finds the soonest appointment available. It's way easier then calling each location individually in search of an appointment. All instructions were sent to me immediately via a text link + a confirmation of my appointment time the following day. On the day of my appointment I got there 20 minutes early as instructed to complete paperwork, etc. The person at the front desk (wish I had asked her name) was extremely friendly, professional, and very helpful. I did not have a physical copy of the doctors order for my test. She assured me that this was not a problem and she took the extra time to find the orders in the system. Because my test required some prep, (me drinking 32 ounces of water prior to my appointment), she stated that she knew that I was probably not very comfortable and got through the paperwork part of it as quickly as she could. After I was done with that I only had to sit in the waiting room for maybe three minutes and was then called back to get my test done. The ultrasound technician, Markie, was phenomenal! Extremely professional, very kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel at ease immediately. As the test proceeded, she explained everything that she was doing so I did not have any worries or questions.
