This review is for Dr. Wells - friendly, caring, and has years of expertise. My 11-year-old was very comfortable with him, and she usually gets pretty scared at offices of doctors and dentists etc. I just read Dr. Wells' biography and I'm very grateful he is this kind and generous with his time because he is obviously quite busy with surgeries and is well known in his practice area. The front desk was also very nice - Aisha is really the best. Over the years, with one kid who was born with craniofacial defects and another kid who has sleep issues and large tonsils, we've seen many ENTs. Dr. Wells is our favorite thus far and the office staff are similarly fantastic. Thank you to everyone at Head and Neck Associates of Orange County. PS - if you call and you stay on wait for a long time, just choose the call back option. Doctor Wells is the best at what he does. He is very detail oriented and knowledgeable. He has received many awards working at Providence Mission Hospital over the years. I was referred to Dr. Wells by another physician for a terrible sinus infection that was not responding to antibiotics that had been prescribed for 3-4 weeks prior. Dr. Wells used a probe to assess and prescribed an aggressive antibiotic regime and steroid nasal rinse . After 2 weeks, he preformed a Cat Scan and I was finally cleared. Dr. Wells did an amazing job with my tonsillectomy. He was straight forward, gave great aftercare instructions, and that assisted my recovery greatly! The recovery was not nearly as bad as I thought it would be and I think with a great Dr. doing the work and the recovery plan given, this is why I healed so fast. Dr. Wells is a very nice man and a very competent doctor. A good listener and answered my questions thoroughly so I can understand as the layman that I am. I also like that he has a good sense of humor and easy to get along with. If I need an ENT doctor he definitely is my choice and I would not hesitate to use him as a referral to friends or just other people in general. Also I like his staff who are very nice, friendly and patient. I get the feeling his staff like working for Dr. Wells very much. Okay...my only complaints are after making an appointment it took almost 3 weeks to get in. I would imagine he is popular hence the long lead time. Dr. Wells is the best ENT ! As a family we all go to see him from a simply sore throat to anything major. I had a cyst in my neck and he treated me and performed the surgery to remove it. He's ability to do the incision perfectly in the neck line was incredible. You cannot even see the scar in my neck if I don't show where exactly where it is...the way he cared for me before, during and after surgery was amazing! He's caring, attentive and super knowledgeable! His staff is awesome starting in the front office the girls are so great ! Back staff nurses and his assistant name Will are simply "the Best". Will is a very helpful and super professional assistant... always making sure to call me back and answer all my questions and concerns before and after surgery! I am 65 years old I have seen my share of doctors and I have never in my life ever walked out of the waiting office of a doctor the most horrible unprofessional front woman with 18-year-old assistant office smells it's old they have had their shots so they don't care about proper air-conditioning One hour in that little airless room that shares air conditioner most likely with the entire building with lots of sick people And the 18-year-old told me she has no idea how much longer I have to wait the doctor is doing a procedure they should've known how to schedule people trust me I wasted several days waiting for an appointment driving there waiting an hour and I left good luck with this place this doctor no pride in keeping proper appointment or keeping the place clean read more
