The ultrasound technician Amanda, was rude and very passive aggressive during the visit. Her response was insanely uncalled for and it's shocking to know this is the level of quality care she performs. She asked me what the problem was while I was speaking to a staff member about my time. I simply stated I've been here a lot longer than some of the patients waiting, but still being seen last. She responded "Well your appointment was at 1:30, and right not it's 1:38." So I guess those who are either late or come right at their appointment time still get priority, when I was there right around 1:00? Her remark was cold, and she clearly gave this IDGF type of vibe. The way she performed the ultrasound felt violent from placing the gel to using the applicator in a aggressive manner. The instructions and tone that she used was even despicable while performing the ultrasound procedure. Telling me "STOP BREATHING! BREATH!" Is not how one should speak to a patient who is ill or in discomfort.

I have been getting my screening mammograms here for decades but today when I went in I was given a…read moretablet computer and asked to fill in my information. I started to fill it in and it was all information I had previously given them many times and it was difficult to enter as you had to choose a month, day, and year individually. I am 80 years old and do not remember the exact date of my last menstrual period! Other patients were audibly complaining about the length and detail of the questions and I soon learned that many of the questions seemed to be irrelevant and questionable as to the purpose of gathering such info (ie "what country were you born in?") They asked for personal health data and dates that I no longer remember and had previously given them. They also asked to sign off on the receipt of policy documents that had not been given to me such as Privacy and others. Their staff was overly solicitous in trying to force us to complete all the minute data and sign off on everything and they would "help" us. They said Memorial Hermann had instituted a new system and that's why they needed all the data. I asked why the new system had not uploaded the old history and was told they "could not do that." I became concerned about their tactics and refused and left without completing it and not receiving any services. I will find my care elsewhere.

The place always looks like there is a lot of people on the waitlist but every person takes about 5 minutes or less to get done. I came here a few days ago and the phlebotomist is super funny and makes you feel at ease. I was talking to her about the nursing applications and requirements and I was trying my best not to laugh when taking my blood (,: The whole process was over before I knew it since we talked the entire time. I didn't even notice the needle because she was just that efficient. Honestly a really great experience and there is nothing to worry about when coming here.

No one ever gave me any instructions s that I couldn't eat or drink for 4 hours prior to the procedure. I had eaten, so we had to reschedule. This morning I went in for my rescheduled appointment. Two different technicians attempted an IV for my contrast and neither of them could find a vein, so they sent me home again. They told me that I was possibly dehydrated and I should have been drinking water. Are you kidding me? Oh, and they charged my credit card for a procedure they could not do!
