Bridget Ann gave us the original tour of the venue and Kaelan took over with the coordination. Kaelan was amazing to work with!! She was always available, helped us make decisions and was accommodating with any needs we had, we couldn't have done it without her!! The employees that worked our wedding went above and beyond to make it a special day too. The food and drinks were perfection - everything was delicious! And the venue itself is beautiful and fun, with the photo booth bringing it to the next level. I wish I could do it all again!! We are so happy that we went with The Village!!

Many of our 55 guests remarked on the venue, and how stylish it was. We began the evening with cocktails and a jazz trio on The Roof, and then moved into the air conditioning in The House for dinner and dancing with an 11 piece band. Our guests continued to use The Roof when they needed a break from the band. The food was also excellent. Many of our guests remarked on its quality, including some who had their own catering businesses. We found Bridget Ann and Kaelan very easy to work with, and there were no last minute surprises. The staff was friendly and competent. All of our needs were anticipated, the costs were as advertised, and the evening went off without a hitch. We could not be happier with out choice to have our event at The Village with Bridget Ann and Kaelan.

We and others had some difficulties finding the exact address for the show which turned out to be at 115 Scoffield Rd, just a bit up the street. There was plenty of parking available even with a full house The show was great, the $15 fee quite resonable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We purchased tickets in advance on line. I look foward to going again and investigating all the other opportunities here.

The playground is adorable (seasonally open we guess as it that log tunnel entrance was closed on our December day), and speaking of adorable, a pair of otters steal the show. This is a family friendly spot with the farm, and a private kids party was being hosted indoors at the farm. This is also a great hiking spot with an accessible boardwalk river trail, and some blazed trails throughout. Signage said to beware of bees in summer, but our autumnal-feeling day was fine of course. Modern sculptures were found throughout the campus, with plenty of parking at the house and farm sides each. The planetarium is now in a fresh built shingled space, but alas was not open our December day. Despite this we still had a great visit. Alas, even if you have AAA, museum reciprocal membership, or other usual discounts, there do not appear to be visit discounts here, but if you're local you may as well become a regular and join this unique space.

I highly recommend this Serendipity Labs location to anyone looking for temporary, quick to set up,…read moreand organized office space. Maureen, Steve and Sarah are extremely helpful and made our arrival and stay pleasant. Our investment firm needed space for 2 to 3 months prior to moving into full-time real estate in downtown Stamford. Serendipity ended up being a great fit for that time period. Pros: 1. Immediate Move In - You can speak with Maureen and then bring in your laptop same day 2. Clean & Comfortable Space - Solid design, good furniture, and great conference rooms with solid flat screen TV's for projection. 3. Client First Mindset - Maureen, Steve and Sarah who run the location really do put the tenants needs first. They were flexible on several locations. Some small but important examples (needed documents printed quickly, needed temporary access for candidates to be interviewed, needed flexibility on our move out date) 4. Nice Kitchen - There is coffee, snacks (for purchase) and a large refrigerator. 5. More Professional Than We Works - I've been to several of the We Works in New York and some feel like a party. They're more of a fit for people right out of college. Con's (Mostly Minor): 1. Printing - The setup for printing was a challenge if you have a Mac computer 2. Access Door - The one access door between the two sections of the building didn't work very well. Steve and team spent a lot of time trying to fix it but it was a challenge for two months we were there. 3. Smells In Small Rooms - For some reason the small rooms can smell pretty bad (possibly the carpeting) and it seems to change day to day. Overall very positive experience. If you need something quick with people who will be your advocate to make it work Serendipity Labs is a good bet. I plan on using the location that is being built in the city I am moving to. Thanks Maureen, Steve and Sarah!
