Omg! Best time ever! We did an electric bike and helicopter adventure and had the time of our lives. We started at Ride Oside, rented our bikes and cruised to the airport (which was only about 10 minutes ride time away and an adventure in itself). Arrived at Waverider where we were greeted by staff who got us up and flying over Oceanside in a matter of 10 minutes. Seeing Oceanside from the sky was magical. We booked the two hour adventure that gave us 10 minutes in the air but they have longer options as well. Afterward we road our bikes throughout Oceanside by land and grabbed a bite to eat before heading back to Ride Oside. What a great combination. We highly recommend to everyone to try the ebike and helicopter adventure. It's the best!! read more

Fantastic experience! Did a 30 minute sunset ride, and even though it was cloudy Waverider made it fun and informative!

We visited San Diego with my kids,and we took an amazing tour along the coast ,and our pilot knew all the surf spots,and was so sweet and friendly,and made my kids so excited..It was our first time in a helicopter,and I promised to take them again our next visit...Waverider Tours were the best part of our trip . My wife and I took our 15 year old daughter on a flight with Waverider Helicopter Tours down the coast. Our pilot Kurt was professional in every sense of the word. From the check in to pickup to preflight briefing we were at ease and felt perfectly safe with his knowledge and flight abilities. The flight was beautiful and the tour route was smooth flying. Didn't see any whales, saw plenty of dolphins, some sharks and surfers praying to the wave gods as it was pretty flat! As a former Army Aviator, I kept an eye out for the traffic and the flight dynamics. Was impressed with Kurt's finesse of the aircraft. I gave them a call and they answered all my questions and were very helpful. When we went for our flight, they were great about helping me keep the surprise until the helicopter was in front of us. The flight itself was so much fun and beautiful! I have never been on a helicopter ride before as I'm usually really afraid of heights but I felt very safe and comfortable the whole time!
