They REMEMBER you and have great customer service. Queen Nail offers a variety of specialty tips, color changing (YES, I SAID COLOR CHANGING) polish, and can even do 3D nail designs! The place is small and can get VERY busy so make an appointment ahead of time. Their willingness to make sure you are happy with the design you want on your nails makes all the difference. The length was much shorter than I wanted, and the French tips were uneven and sloppy. I called afterward and spoke to another lady who told me I could come back for a free fix. When I returned, the staff rushed through the entire set, leaving acrylic underneath my nails, and overall they still looked terrible. I even offered to come back the next day so they could take more time fixing them, but the lady told me no. For the amount of money I'm paying as a high school student, I expected much better quality and service.
