The facility is spotless, meticulously maintained, and COVID conscious. My masseuse, Charlene, was unbelievable. She stretched my problem areas, really worked through the tightness and stiffness in my entire body, focusing on the injured leg. They ignore her completely and schedule her with the only male there. When she arrives the key lock entry is broken and she can't get in. Since there is no phone she just has to wait for someone. When she finds out the masseuse is male, instead of apologizing to her, the supervisor says "His hands are bigger so he will do a better job." What?!
