This one is off my list based on my two recent visits. You are encouraged to pay online as there are 'Perks' that come with doing that. Great! On my last visit, I ordered through the app but they did not provide for a discount offered by a local fundraiser. I figured I would deal with that on pickup. I got in the store and one guy was still making my sandwiches. Another emerged from the back and then went back and hid some more not asking me if I had to pay, needed anything else, etc. Okay.... The guy finishes my order and says here it is. I told him I have this discount. He says, "It's already paid for." I said yes, but I could not apply this discount. He said, "It's too late." I guess I shouldn't have put a tip on the order either. Needless to say, I won't be back. FYI, on my last visit my husband went in and paid cash and got very slow service and the same runaround about the card by some other less than helpful counterperson. So, I guess they agree to provide the discount and then try to give you all sorts of reasons not to grant it. Maybe that is or isn't true, but they sure make it seem so.
