    Mini Machines

Cutest place ever! There are tons of claw machines and the prizes are so good. We won some keychains and Winnie the Pooh character figures. My son loved the smaller machines that were his size and easy for him to reach, it was so cute to watch. The staff is also very nice and friendly. We had such a great time and will definitely be back soon!

My family and I really enjoy coming here. Something about the crane machine addiction. Prizes are rotated often! Party packages available and that's soo cool. They also have a trade in options for BIGGER prizes. My favorite thing when I was visiting with my daughter, is that the staff helps the kiddos with the cranes and positioning so they have a chance to get the prize they want. Staff to guest interaction is welcoming. Wawa claws also have a trade in value card they offer. They stamp a card with the prizes you trade in and you can add them up for a bigger trade in later. Highly recommend the stamp card.

The claw store is located in a shared plaza with ample parking available. The staff are friendly here. They have plenty of machines in different scales for keychains, small and medium sized plushies. Some machines are easier than the others, but most of the claws are so weak and set up for your failures, unfortunately, that's how they make money. I spent $50 easily without realizing it, and it costs one token per play for each claw machine regardless of the size of plushies. I ended up with five middle sized plushies, two small ones, and two blind capsules with each cost six tokens per play.

Stopped by while I waited for my food next door and omg i was addicted the moment i walked in. It's smaller than a full arcade but EVERY plushie was either worth it or too adorable and cute. I won on my first try!!! The staff are SUPER helpful, friendly and supportive! Will def come back with my mini besties so I can use them as an excuse to spend more money!

    Super colorful vibrant entrance!

This is the greatest claw arcade in southern california, hands down. Other places you walk out feeling scammed out, but not here. You walk out with more than just something. Caleb is the epitome of customer service and was such a great help with my son and I. They have the best selection of plushes in any claw arcade. Seriously though, Caleb deserves the highest raise lol. Thanks Caleb for making our first time here a super positive experience. I will definitely bring my monies back here again.

A friend of mine surprised me with a trip to Wawa claw, and we had entirely too much fun. I was a kid in a candy store with all the claw machines that they had. Ruben, was the gentleman who was working at the time we went, he was amazing. While we were playing with some of the machines he came by and encouraged us when we were winning and when we were losing. He was very informative about the location and also let us know about another location. They have that offer private parties. He let us know that we can keep our coins that we didn't use for next time and he was our photographer for our mini photo opp that we did. We won so many cute goodies, which I plan to use a few for bag charms. Next time I really wanna win a huge stuffed animal. It was lucky stressful when we didn't win and we were so close, but the adrenaline of winning kept us going. I love how the store was set up, and different prizes they had to win definitely recommend shout out to Ruben for his amazing customer service.

    Big wins!

Me and my husband had so much fun here! Definitely will be returning. I recommend spending $100+ if you really want to enjoy the experience! Also, I liked how every machine was only one token it made the tokens go a lot further! Will definitely be returning

Fun as always been here multiple times. Thanks to Alfredo he helped us and made the night really fun. The staff here is always helpful and very attentive and nice. Don't be afraid or shy to ask for help if you're there for the first time.

No tags or labels. Don't know where they made.

I am concerned about the plush dolls I got from the store. I noticed that they do not have any tags or labels, so I'm unsure about the quality and whether the filling materials are safe. This is especially important as the plush dolls are intended for young children. That being said, the staff were very nice and friendly. Lastly, As a parent, I sincerely hope the plush dolls meet safety standards. I will gladly revise my review to 5 stars if the owner can confirm or provide assurance that the plush dolls are safe. Thanks!

We've been here 3 times and by far it's our favorite claw machine place primarily due to the staff. The two gentlemen working here represents what customer service should be. They always have a smile on their face and have been truly attentive to our needs. Lastly, the plushies/toys selection has gotten better each time we came. My family loves coming here for a little friendly challenge. Thank you Wawa Staff and see you soon!

The only issue we ran into was with the guests that had special food requests (gluten free, allergies, etc.)---there was a slight mix-up and some of them didn't get their food until much much later on in the night. The food though, was great overall! People kept talking about the chicken and the salmon. I remember the guests commenting on how delicious the food was. I remember that my husband and my sister (she went to the food tasting, since I couldn't make it from Northern California), said that they weren't too impressed during the tasting, but they really blew it out of the water for the day of! Kathy: Kathy is so sweet, friendly, and professional--very extroverted! She made sure that all the details were taken care of and the night went rather smoothly. We were a bit scared because I was checking the weather and it read: sunny, sunny, sunny, sunny, BLUSTERY, sunny, sunny. That blustery day? Wedding day. Ugh, right? But fear not, Kathy made sure it all worked out, and we were still able to do the ceremony outside! DJ Lance: GREAT guy. Super sweet, friendly, and he played such great songs. We gave him a list of songs we'd like, and he rolled with the punches and went for it. He also led our guests in a jeopardy game about my husband and me, in order to dismiss the tables for the buffet food. He projected a powerpoint of us as a couple, growing up, in our respective towns. The guests absolutely LOVED him, as did we. We are quite happy that we chose RBH. After about 10 in-person interviews of other locations, we do not regret our decision.

I've been to several different festivals here such as the Japanese Matsuri Festival and Lunar New Year festival. This spot is perfect for the community to get together and like how each festival is able to have many different booths. I also love how there is a stage area both outside and inside. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the appetizers and dinner, and there was more than enough food for everyone. We received so many compliments on the menu, and our guests left full and happy. A special thank you to Kaycie, who went above and beyond to make sure everything came together perfectly. I truly debated whether or not to leave this review because our wedding day itself still had some…read morebeautiful moments. However, after reflecting on the entire planning process, I feel future couples deserve transparency before making such a large investment. To start with the positives: the venue itself created a beautiful atmosphere for our wedding, Critic's Choice Catering was loved by our guests, and several setup details, including the welcome table and cake tables, were set up as planned. Many guests complimented the food throughout the evening. Unfortunately, the planning process behind the scenes was extremely stressful and, at times, disappointing due to repeated communication issues, inconsistencies, and preventable mistakes. From the beginning, Kaycie (the founder and coordinator) sold us on the venue by emphasizing that it was "all-inclusive" and offered things other venues did not. During our initial meetings, I specifically asked for an overall quote that included a dinner package so we could determine whether the venue fit within our budget. I trusted her expertise and guidance when she provided us with pricing, and because it fell within our budget, we decided to move forward. Several months later, we discovered that we had actually been quoted for an appetizer package rather than a dinner package. Kaycie stated that we had mentioned possibly bringing in our own catering company, but that was simply a question we asked while exploring options. It was never confirmed that we would be using outside catering. The difference in pricing was substantial, and we felt misled. When we raised our concerns, we were told that we should have noticed the pricing difference and asked more questions before submitting our deposit. As first-time wedding planners, we relied on the expertise we were paying for and expected accurate information from the start. Another concern involved what was actually included with the venue. During our tour, Kaycie proudly showed us a large book of linen options and explained that they offered far more choices than other venues we had visited. Later, we learned that glassware, china, silverware, tables, chairs, linens, and other essentials were not included as we had believed. As people who had never planned a wedding before, we did not know these items would need to be rented separately. We often felt like information presented in person did not align with information later provided through email. For larger weddings, I would strongly encourage couples to get every detail in writing and verify exactly what is and is not included. At one point, we were told, "We have no control over how you read and interpret our literature." As clients relying on the venue's expertise and documentation, that response felt dismissive rather than helpful. One of the biggest disappointments was the seating chart. Kaycie sent me another bride's seating chart as a template and instructed me to follow that format. I did exactly that and even asked her to review it beforehand to make sure everything looked correct. She confirmed it was fine. On the wedding day, however, families were split apart, couples were separated, parents were seated at different tables, and children were not seated with their families. We later learned that she had told some of our guests she could not fully read the chart. Had that concern been communicated beforehand, I would have gladly clarified it or come in myself to ensure it was set up correctly. Instead, one of the most important organizational pieces of the reception was mishandled despite us paying for coordination services and setup assistance. There was also a serious issue involving one of the bartenders, who we later learned was terminated. Multiple guests informed us that he refused to serve drinks unless they tipped him, despite the fact that we paid for bartending services and supplied all of the alcohol ourselves. Guests reported feeling pressured to tip, and one guest was even told, "I have rent to pay," before being asked to send money directly to him. Another guest was left in tears after an uncomfortable interaction. We were also told he attempted to charge for premium tequila shots using tequila that we had personally provided. Several guests commented that drinks were inconsistent and tasted different throughout the evening. I do want to recognize Brendon, the operations manager, who was kind, professional, and genuinely apologetic. He listened to our concerns, acknowledged that these issues should not have happened, and took accountability for the areas where they fell short. His response was the first time we truly felt heard during this process. I understand that no wedding is perfect and that unexpected issues can arise. However, communication, accountability, and professionalism are critical when couples are investing significant time, trust, and money into one of the most important days of their lives.
