I came here with family on a special day, on your birthday you can get a free lap. K1 is location in the city of Gardena, this one open it door's in 2008 there is lot of free parking here, there are over 40 K1 locations. Once you register by self sign in and get a K1 annual license to race plus get discount on apparel's and accessories, the staff give you info. and Instruction, you are given a head sock assign a car, 12 laps is about $28.95 The electric cars are 20 horse power 0.45 in 2.5 sec. can reach 45 mph. that is top notch go karting. All of the staff here were very nice and helpful, this was so much fun and I can't wait to get back here.

    Customer service- food

Horrible customer service. The food took forever, which I was understanding about at first, but not how the situation was handled after they messed up my order. We already waited 30-40 minutes for the race, and even after the kids finished racing, our food still was not ready. I finally had to walk up and ask about it, and they pulled the food out of the warmer. The biggest issue is I never even ordered a hot dog. I specifically ordered the giant pretzel, yet somehow they gave me a wrinkled hot dog instead. When I pointed it out, the employee was dismissive and unapologetic. I would have kept but it look dehydrated and shriveled up, but was told that's how they all look.  He told me the previous employee charged me wrong and made me go get my credit card again to pay a $2 difference. After waiting that long and getting the wrong food, I asked if they could at least credit the $2 because of the inconvenience. He refused and said my only options were to pay the difference or get a refund. I'm also including a photo because the lack of professionalism and customer care was honestly shocking. While dismissing my concerns, he seemed far more interested in flirting another female co-worker, than resolving the issue. I drove a long way to come to this K1 location, and after this experience, I will never come back. Mistakes happen, but customer service matters.

Still no refund. They cancelled our package and charged us twice. Horrible establishment. Do not spend your money here. They ruined my son's birthday.

I came here for a birthday party for one of my wife's close friends. I looked into what was in store on YouTube. I bought gloves. In a geek. The first set of laps was getting used to it. I placed 7/9 in that first round, so I started 7th in the final race. I finished 3rd, though I had a better average lap time and better best lap time than #2. It was fun. I'm an attorney, so I'm competitive. I was competitive in school, in academic debate, and as a lawyer. So I was competitive here. I hope that I wasn't a jerk. I saw other people ram into others and cut them off. The boyfriend of the birthday girl ran her into a wall. I didn't do that. It was an interesting human behavior observation experience. So this activity brings out competitive urges. Finishing 3rd made me happy, though I actually passed the other guy before the finish line. Did I mention I'm competitive? The people who work here are young. But they're nice and do a good job. The whole thing was pretty fun. I'd do this again. But I'd also want to get better at this. Did I mention I was competitive?

    Very nice workers!

I had so much fun going with a group. The workers were very friendly and helpful, especially this guy and there was another guy with short hair who was also really helpful. I'll be coming again with my family

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU WANT A CONSISTENT RACE. Many of the cars are busted--on the final race (of 3), my car randomly stopped three times. I would be going at full speed and then it would just power down and come to a complete stop. The third time, I wasn't even able to finish the lap because the car just wouldn't turn on again. And this wasn't even an isolated incident, as my friend's car also experienced issues related to sudden power cuts. The speaker system was also really bad in the facility. While it was loud, the employees words would be jumbled into a mess, making it really hard to hear when they call your name for the races. Overall, while it was fun when the karts were working, the faulty karts made the entire experience terrible. I would definitely recommend finding another K1 Speed.

We got the "early bird" ticket where we can enter the park starting at 2 pm. The fan fest night starts at 7 pm so we got to enter early to enjoy the park along with the public before the rest of the fan fest ticket holders. This experience was great and I would do it again. In between the transition, there was barely any wait for the most popular rides and I never waited more than 15 minutes for rides that normally would take 2 hours. They are building the fast and furious: Hollywood Drift ride here, which is a new roller coaster. It's supposed to open summer 2026, so we just missed it's opening. For fan fest, they had the Harry Potter theme, one piece, Mario/Nintendo theme, and a few others. The concept was pretty good and Nintendo Land had Mario characters, including Yoshi's, Mario, Luigi and toad. I didn't get to enjoy the one piece themed foods since we brought lunch in from the outside. Hogsmeade had a scavenger hunt also, but we did not participate. The butter beer always hits, and one of my faves. It's like cream soda on steroids. The rest of the park was normal. I liked walking around at night with less of a crowd. Best part was I did not have a panic attack this time. I also bought a robe, which I look forward to using.

The decorations, friendly service, and sheer awe of being in a movie studio while also enjoying rides is something unique to behold. The theme park was transformed for FanFest and here's to hoping it gets even better next year! The park wasn't deathly crowded, we got to enjoy our evening and reflect on how big USH has gotten. The merch was absolutely fantastic, I was so tempted to buy the whole store at some of the shops. I'm a huge movie/pop culture fan! I noticed the park was clean and still carries a retro Hollywood flair. I'd highly recommend visiting, I'm even thinking of getting a pass! Parking was meh, it's pricey but we felt our car was safe in the lot. Note, the parking garages are quite a walk away as you have to cross through CityWalk to make it back to base.

Miniature golf is about 16$, a go kart is about 12$, the arcade can really add up so get a card that you can use for the wide variety of games they have. The bumper boats and Disk Thrill Ride are about 12$ per person. We love their little train and that is about 5$. You can get a two hour wrist band and we do that and save a lot that way. A waste of time for the people waiting in line for an even longer period of time. What happened to calling out "Is there anyone available to ride in this car"? Made no sense. 2. Batman ride had NO AIR while waiting in line before getting on. I felt like I was in hell and could've passed out before actually getting on the ride. Was there no vent for the air?? 3. Fast Pass needs to be regulated for weekdays only and/or specific times for weekends/holidays. I stood in line as at least 20-30 fast pass people just came right along. On top of that, I've seen a bunch of high school kids just enter the line and it was a known fact they didn't pay for that pass (was at least 12 kids at the time). 4. Employees need to learn to open their mouths. Had employee come through the Wonder Woman line with a trash grabber on hand and didn't say one word, just used the grabber in our face as a way of saying excuse me. My favorites were the basketball games and Connect 4 basketball. We played a few rounds of laser tag, which was super fun, but a lot of the equipment seemed broken that day. They also couldn't split us into teams, so everyone was playing individually instead. The go-karts were really fun for a group we got a whole round to just our coworkers. Some of the karts definitely felt faster than others, which made things interesting. We also did mini golf, and the course was much bigger than I expected. Bumper boats were closed; perhaps weather isn't warm enough yet or demand was low. Two fountain sodas at the snack bar were $13. Pretty outrageous. Tried to use the batting cages. Our unlimited pass didn't seem to apply however, which was disappointing, as our key cards were unable to activate the cages in two different lanes. We moved on to mini golf. Well lit and good music is the best I can say. Overall I can tell the courses have been improving from a maintenance standpoint but the greens are TERRIBLE. If you have to putt over broken turf or your ball gets stuck in a pit of death that used to be part of the brick border, it disrupts the fun and becomes frustrating. Seriously, Boomers. Put some of that ridiculous soda pop revenue into fixing your miserable astroturf. There were tears and holes everywhere. The arcade gets periodically updated but we didn't use it this time due to time constraints. Always had fun on the multitude of games available. Same with laser tag, we just ran out of time. Was not crazy about the process for golf putters and bats for the batting cages. There only seemed to be one person in charge of handing these out from the desk and they were stuck handling a long ticket line so we pretty much helped ourselves by reaching over the counter and grabbing what we needed.
