I frequently visited this Publix when I lived in the Champions Gate area of Florida. The deli at this Publix will blow you away with their utterly delicious fresh from the deli subs, they cut their meat fresh for their subs daily (and sometimes directly as requested by customers for custom orders) and they only use fresh daily baked bread from their bakery for the sub rolls. They offer an assortment of subs that you can choose from (for example I like the chicken cordon Blu sub), and you can choose to add or subtract anything from the subs on the list. You also have the option of customizing your own sub any way you wish! Public has a wonderful bakery as well. My all time favorite dessert is the Publix key lime pie. It is the best key lime pie that I've ever tasted. Publix doesn't stop there, next they will take your breath away with their jaw dropping beautiful wedding cakes. Publix hires only the very best cake decorators for their stores. These true works of art are also very tasty as well! I could go on and on about the many ways that I love Publix! I actually lived in Silicon Valley, CA for a period of time, and during that time, I would talk to everyone I knew about how amazing Publix grocery stores were. I truly wish that Publix would expand to provide their services to the West coast. The associates at this Publix are all very kind, knowledgeable, accommodating, professional, and respectful. I stop at this location somewhat frequently as I can usually get in and out quite quickly. On this…read morelatest visit I used to drive through and there was one vehicle in front of me. I pulled up to the menu board and waited and when they finally asked how they could help me I told them I had a coupon and was immediately told 'I'll help you at the window'. I pulled forward and waited till they finally finished with the vehicle that was in line and when he came to the window I gave him the coupon and waited. He went back and forth between two registers and had to speak with other people working. I had told him I wanted a roast beef sandwich which is what the coupon was for. When he came back to the window he double-checked that I wanted two roast beef sandwiches which I corrected to let him know that I only needed one. He went away inside again and came back and took my payment which was for slightly less than what the coupon said it should be. I wasn't going to fight with him to give him another dime as I've never had an issue using coupons at this location before or any other for that matter. I sat and waited for several minutes and they took an order from another vehicle and finally came back to the window and asked me to pull forward and they would bring my food out to me. Usually I have no problem getting roast beef at any time of day or night at this location. I pulled forward and waited and extremely long time before one of the employees walked out with a bag and brought me my sandwich. In total I spent almost 20 minutes to get a single roast beef sandwich with a single vehicle in front of me. I've been here when there were three vehicles in front of me and been in and out in under 10 minutes. On the sandwich itself it was lukewarm but with more meat in it than I'm used to. It tasted fine with nothing unusual about it which was a plus but the extra time spent in line caused me to be late for the appointment I was going to. I will continue to use this location but I will be more cautious especially when stopping early in the morning. I truly enjoy Arby's and it's one of the places I can get food that is safe for my body so I'm not going to give them up over what was probably just new people on the job.
