The ham inside was deli sliced ham and was not diced up at all, just big pieces of ham. There were no onions. A western omelet nearly anywhere in the world is ham, onion, pepper. It was also way overcooked. I actually prefer my eggs cooked hard but this was literally black in spots. Did not come with a side and was priced near the same as other bagel places locally that do offer a side. That'll be my last attempt at coming here. I'm genuinely happy for everyone I know who loves this place and must get different food and service than I do, but I can't catch a break here.
