I am so glad I randomly found this place when I was in the area. The lady behind the counter was so nice and patient as I tried to figure out what I wanted to try. Once I got the food I was in heaven. The cheesesteak and fries were COVERED in cheese just like I like them. This was also the first time I had mushrooms in a Philly cheesesteak and it was incredible. And finally I had to try the jalapeño poppers. Came here twice so I could accurately gauge in case things were just one way on a specific day due to lack of product, increased sales, etc. The steak and cheese here is good, the rolls are not great. It's unfortunate because they could potentially be the best steak spot in the area if their roll was of better quality, but it is too soft for a cheesesteak and doesn't stand up to the meat and cheese. The people working the front both times were friendly. There is some seating inside and I believe they will serve the food next door as well to Philly Pub which I believe they also own. What a great find on our way back from NYC to Cleveland! Needed a quick stop lunch on our way back home and based on other's Yelp reviews decided to detour off I-80 for this place...so glad we did! For $9.95 you get a full-size (10") sandwich, a basket of fries and a pop. The two cheesesteaks we shared were great (we tried one with cheese whiz and mushrooms, then one with provolone, onions and peppers). The more traditional version (with whiz and mushrooms) was spot on...gooey and filling with the bread a perfect chew not letting anything escape. The prov / onion / peppers version was not as much my style, but the girls loved it as well especially with that bread! Each sandwich came with enough french fries to feed an army. Between the three of us we barely finished one basket and took the other home for a snack another time. However, after experiencing good service from the cashier, who was pleasant, and then the food, which was not, it's changed our opinion.
