Wawa is a gas station with a convenience store, but it is so much more than just a gas station. Wawa has earned a spot in the hearts of those of us who grew up around Pennsylvania and southern New Jersey area. Wawa was often a place to grab one of their subs, or hoagies! We stopped by to get some gas and grab a quick bite to eat before going on I-75. As we walked in, the store appeared to be well organized. A lady shouted, "Welcome to WaWa!" There are many customers here inside the store as well at the gas pumps. This always is a good sign! Outside Trash bins are empty and even the Men bathroom is clean! I ordered a cheesesteak hoagie with coffee. Others picked up roasted turkey panini and pasta salad! Food was prepared at a reasonable time. Picked up a few donuts for snack later! Due to US-Israel-Iran war, the gas price is skyrocketing. It is now at $3.93 for regular from $2.70 3 weeks ago due to US-Israel-Iran war! We are expecting to go over $5.00 in a few weeks! I would be hard pressed to ever again walk into a Wawa. For years, I was a fan, becoming one of their first rewards members. I regularly purchased gasoline, food, beverages and Wawa gift cards.... many gift cards. In recent years, Wawa made changes... Not for the better. Wawa changed their rewards program, giving less and less as the prices on their sandwiches, etc went up and up. Often times, I never received credit for my hoagie purchases, even though the cashiers scanned my card. Most of the time, I had thrown the receipt away. When I remembered to save the receipt, I called their corporate number to give them the info, only to be treated like my call wasn't important. After Wawa installed the automatic change machines connected to the cash register, I was shorted as much as 40 cents on several visits. The final straw was this past week. Wawa sent out an e-mail on Dec 11th 2024 stating that any Wawa gift certificates over $75, purchased by a certain date would ship out for free with the code FREESHIP. Since I planned on purchasing a $100 gift certificate, I wanted to take advantage of their offer. There were issues with the Wawa site. It refused my credit card numerous times, resulting in my credit card company freezing my card. I called Wawa customer service who transferred me to Halo Branded Solutions, the company that handles Wawa offers. As it wasn't resolved with that call, the Halo rep said that she would call me the following day, which she did. That next morning, she told me that their system was down and that she would call me later that day, which she did. It still refused my credit card, even after I got the freeze removed. She offered to try my other credit card and it went through. During our numerous conversations, I had expressed to her that the only reason I called was because I wanted to take advantage of the free shipping on their gift cards. I gave her the recipient's name (which was misspelled on their e-mailed receipt) along with my info. Later that day, I saw a charge on my credit card for $107.18. I called and spoke with a different rep, explaining that there shouldn't be a shipping charge. Her ready answer was that the bill initially shows the shipping charge, however it would be removed when the gc ships out. Shortly after we hung up, she called me back stating that she was told that unless I get a "virtual" number (rather than an actual card), there would be a shipping charge. I didn't want a virtual number, as they easily get misplaced. I told her to cancel the order. Shortly thereafter, I received an email from Wawa stating that my order had been cancelled and that my payment was refunded. 3 days later, in checking my credit card statement online, I saw that the $107.18 was posted to my credit card. I immediately called my credit card company to dispute the charge. Thanks, Wawa. The e-mail you sent out is misleading, your website malfunctions and your help is less than impressive. read more

A rather easy location to find once you get on the main road and start driving. The easier turn to get into the location is a little sudden so you may need to go to the major intersection and make a U-turn and pull in but it shouldn't take much longer than the first turn. They don't require masks but what is good is everyone that was working the sandwich and drink section that were making your food all had masks on so that made me feel a little safer about eating the food. The location has many of the same things that all other Wawa locations have, such as the self serve coffee section, the coca-cola freestyle machines (which are my favorite because there is over 100 choices you can do) and an insane variety of chips, cookies and crackers! I decided to get a chicken sandwich during my stop here and they now have everything seasoning, so I decided to try some of that on my sandwich. The chicken breast was massive that I got and I also had them put lettuce, cucumbers, pickles and some salt and pepper. The fresh product was very refreshing and the taste of everything blended well together. Gas here is also reasonably cheap compared to other stations around here and the gas was nice quality and go me where I needed to go. If I am ever in the area again I will stop here for sure for gas and more food! read more

I stopped by this Wawa gas station for fuel, snacks, and beer. When I entered the convenience store, the store appeared very well-lit and well-organized. I used the bathroom while I was there also. The bathroom could use a little care. I was able to fairly quickly find some good beer and tasty snacks. The staff was nice at the register when I was checking out. Wawa is a great place for grabbing food on the go or filling up. This location however does have a bit of a wait when it comes to ordering food. Even when I place online orders 15-20 min before arriving my food is made slower and even after those who order in house at the kiosks. Just ends up wasting my time unfortunately. Also they do not let you know when food items are not available they just give you your food half made, or not complete. read more

WaWA native American word for Canada geese. So much stuff here to choose from. Who knew a great place to pick up lunch or dinner for you or you and your family on the way home from work. Stop get some gas, enjoy a delicious chai tea while waiting for a sandwich, salad etc . Food quality excellent and gas prices great as well. So I ordered food and a drink through the app with an estimated pick up time of 2:15. I was standing there well beyond the pick up time and not only had to ask for my drink to be made but had to ask for my food order to be made long after paying for the order. When I asked for the drink the girl was fine but when I asked for the food the girl behind the counter was extremely rude and tossed my food onto the pick up counter. Someone needs to talk to her about her crappy attitude!!!! read more

First day I came McDonald's next door was packed so I went to wawa to grab my favorite milkshake and I get to the menu I click on it then it says warm cookie so I cancelled my order I got pretty heated in my head but i figured I give them the benefit of the doubt Second day I come in with friends to order that exact milkshake again this time no milkshake menu I got really heated this time cause that's all I wanted Third day I come in to get you guessed it my favorite milkshake and yet again no milkshake menu there is plenty of staff there im like what the absolute hell So moral of the story is these people don't really want your money they just want to sit there and make money doing other things than what some people want my sister brother and father had the same experience so my whole family will never shop here again I suggest some other people that want milkshakes or ice cream just go to dairy queen you guys have officially lost a customer unless you change your ways read more

I never thought I would be reviewing a WAWA there is a cashier at my Wawa here in Fort Myers store he is an obvious Veteran he just makes my night after my 12 hr shift as a nurse working with COVID 19 Patients he has the most kind and understanding way about him.
