Great food, great service, friendly staff and a clean restaurant. Bummed out that the Mediterranean Wrap was a limited time offer. We are vegetarian and having another option on the menu (that isn't, order the Italian, ask for no meat, or whatever) would be awesome. Jersey Mike's on Summerlin Road in the plaza... We were the only two customers in the store. Three people worked the counter and each impatiently rushed us, annoyed that we were not INSTANTLY knowing what we wanted... really in a hurry to throw a sandwich together and apparently pissed that we asked questions and then none of them listened to our answers. Been here several times. Sounds like from other reviewers it's either been great or terrible. For the most part we've had really positive experiences at this Jersey Mike's. 1 time they seemed overwhelmed and put our ticket after all the online tickets, which was odd, but most of the time being there in person takes priority. Staff tends to be young but friendly and capable. All have had great attitudes. Haven't had to wait in long lines despite going at meal time. Appreciate the GF bread option and love the freshness of these sandwiches! When we need a quick meal between school events, this is our go to spot. read more

Great sub, fresh meat , soft bread and spicy peppers....Made me happy. Moving here from Tucson, Arizona we had just gotten Jersey Mikes recently so this is a new option for me. We enjoyed the food but initially one item we ordered was on the wrong bread. I asked for it to be remade and wanted my cheesesteak without peppers and reiterated this when it was being remade. I ate half when I first got it and my stomach really hurt. Ate the rest a day later (should have known better) and realized it had at least one pepper on it. Was once a customer at this location, now no longer. They were very busy, and I waited in line. It was my turn and the girl behind the counter asked what my order was. As soon as I said Club Sub on gluten free bread, she made an aggravated sigh and then immediately said they were out of the GF bread. This was at 12:53pm. Then she asked is it an allergy as she looked at the counter that was covered with order tickets. I said yes it was. She said well it doesn't matter anyway because we are out of the bread. Getting the vibe that she just didn't want to service to my accommodations I asked, 'so you are completely out... at this time of day?' Then she said well we have some but they are in the freezer and it will take more than an hour to thaw. So we don't have any right now. And she said it in a snarky way. So bottom line, I was inconveniencing her with my gluten free order and how she would have to accommodate to that. And if there were some in the freezer, how come some more wasn't brought out to thaw after the last couple were used? She wore clear glasses and had a tongue ring. Poor customer service. I won't be 'inconveniencing' this location with any more of my business. read more

So I've been a faithful 15 year customer at the Jersey Mike's on Summerlin Road in Fort Myers. My family and I ate there 2X per week! Had a horrible experience where the manager refused to answer any of my calls to order and refused me service! When I asked for the name and phone number of the owner, I was refused. When demanded my sub which was from my points, she refused and called 911! The officer who came saw that this was pure nonsense and told me that the mgr. Requested I be trespassed! I was so hurt and I cried about my treatment! Since I've been a faithful customer for so long, and never had an issue, the only thing that I can think of is discrimination for a reason. I have a current pending discrimination case with a local Attorney! She refused to give me her name as well! The sandwiches are delicious but the service is the Pitts! These people are clueless as to what the meaning of customer service! As I told the female manager, this not the end, only the beginning! How dare she! A person like this should be fired immediately! Walked in, only 1 person ahead of me. All the staff were hanging out and talking, not much work going on. One girl was rude and then starting fighting with her other employee. When I ordered, I went to go pay and the girl said "I just got here" so I told her okay, I can wait. And she was rude and said , it's fine I can help you. At 10:15 I entered the store (no customers in the store) and the two guys working still were not set up to take customer orders. Normally there is young lady working in the store who greets customers as soon as they come in. Greets and takes the customer order and can make sandwiches, too. The two guys were obviously behind the 8-ball - I assumed they got to work late and were behind. I left without even getting to place an order. Better training and supervision is needed. read more

I ordered online. I get there at the time it tells me. Order is not prepared waited 15 minutes before an employee asked what I was waiting for. Told them I was waiting for my order. They said they haven't even started because the order didn't print out. No apology or anything. Then waited another ten minutes to get my food. No empathy for their mistake or offer to make right. I even tipped for an online order. Last time I waste my money and time for that kind of response for there mistake. read more

Where is Sarah? I try to find restaurants that are not chains. There is never a sense of humanness to a chain; I am simply a member of the nameless, faceless league of buyers. This Jersey Mike's had a different feel. The service was personal and welcoming. Sarah went out of her way, no matter how busy, to greet us and engage in conversation. I felt like a human being. Can't find that at Subway or McDonald's. My last visit, when I asked where she was (because she was ALWAYS there), I was informed that she was no longer with the company. This place has really gone down hill. Was there about 6pm on a Friday night. There were two employees, one of which was on break sitting at a table and cursing out loud with a friend. The woman who actually was working hard(because it was obvious the guy wasn't)seemed stressed and messed up my order. I don't blame her I blame management. When the place first opened there were three workers there who would smile and greet you. Now the workers(those who are there that are actually working) seem stressed. There seems to be less meat on the subs as well and they never have wheat bread in the evening. It really is no better than subway. It's a shame because when it first opened it was great. read more

Not pleased with my visit. I come in once a week. There was always a woman named Sarah there that would take great care of me and anybody that joins me. I came in Tuesday to learn that she is no longer with the company and i honestly don't want to support a company that doesn't keep good management. Not being a red meat eater, I don't go to many sub shops. I had the chicken Philly cheese steak sub. The young man that waited on me suggested the rosemary parm bread. FABULOUS! The owner of this store did an exceptional job of hiring. The young men and women working there went above and beyond to make the customer experience wonderful. As a business owner myself, I know that this kind of attitude starts at the top, hiring right, instilling good values, a positive mission statement and training. Jersey Mike's has great food and even great service. But, a manager Sarah seems to have a bit of an attitude problem towards the employees. I noticed that she speaks in a degrading tone of voice that honestly hurt my feelings. I asked one of the employees about her when she walked away. They said that they love their job but just wished she would treat them with some respect. That was a couple of weeks ago. Then, last week I saw Sarah at a local event at the Minnesota Twins Training Facility she was passing out samples. I went up to her and got a sample of their provolone cheese I was surprised to smell alcohol on her breathe... I think that the owner needs to have a serious talk with Sarah about her actions or you will be loosing a customer. read more
